A warm, cosy, comfy house in a lovely area, within walking distance of a steam railway and pub serving good beer and food.

I stayed with 3 friends and the house is absolutely beautiful. It has been decorated with tender loving care, with so much thought to the people who would be staying there, a definite home from home, we really didnt want to leave. The house is in an excellent position right in the heart of Llanberis with restaurants , cafes and takeaways within walking distance. Excellent communication with Paul and Ceri. Definitely would recommend this place you wont be disappointed. We give it 110%......we cant wait to come back and stay again.

We came for a short stay to just get away from our busy lives. We loved ever second, it was beyond peaceful and the surrounding walks for the dogs was perfect for what we needed! Would 1000% recommend

Fantastic property in great location and top host. Property is spacious and well provisioned , everything works and kitchen is stocked with basics like foil and paper towels etc we hosted 13 for dinner easily. Location wise it was perfect loads of amenities close by and the lake in llanberis is fantastic, the mountains with all they offer are a short drive or use the Sherpa bus park just 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again

The little cottage was absolutely beautiful and great to have private parking too! We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing time, the little village has shops that are only a couple of minutes away and also some restaurants/pubs too. Rebecca was brilliant at replying and also made sure to ask about how our stay was going which I felt was very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again 100%.

Absolutely fab stay at Braich Melyn, and James is everything you could hope for from a host. We arrived to a cake, tea bags & milk, which was a lovely touch. The cottage is in the best location if you want to feel completely remote without being too far from local amenities (which is exactly what we were looking for when we booked). Inside was modern and comfortable, with the best beds, stunning bath & lovely wet room shower. We only ever stay in Air B&Bs with a hot tub, but have never stayed in one with a wood fired hot tub. At first, we wondered if we’d made the right decision as it took a while to heat… but we soon realised we’d actually made it far too hot and James kindly pointed out we could use the cold hose to cool it down. After the initial heating on the first day, we used it every day as reheating was a lot quicker. There’s fab walks straight out from the back gate with amazing views of the quarry. James was so knowledgeable with suggestions of where to go. Thank you ?

Myself and a friend had a short but wonderful stay here. It's a lovely little property, great location and just a short walk from the high street! It's a really great base to explore this wonderful part of the country, with so much to do within a short driving distance.

We had a great stay from the get go with Sam checking in with us that we had arrived safely and that everything was as expected, which it was. The downstairs rooms were airy and light with plenty of comfy furniture; the kitchen, not that we used it much, was large clean and really well equipped. The bedrooms were excellent with quality bedding and as with the bathroom, spotlessly clean. The rear outside space is a good size with a table and bench seating and is safe and secure, our little dog was very happy out there. We didn't get to use the hot tub but it was very well maintained, clean and ready to go if we wanted it. Parking outside the property is straightforward and the house location is a very short step to the lovely promenade for a then leisurely 10 to 15 minute stroll to the shops, bars, restaurants and harbour. We definitely recommend Sam's place if you're looking to stay in Barmouth and we'll certainly stay there again when we return. Thanks Sam 👍

We had a wonderful stay! Emma was a fantastic host—her communication was excellent, always quick to respond and super helpful. She even shared details about events happening in the park during our visit, which was a lovely touch. The chalet was lovely and clean and had all the amenities listed. What a beautiful ,charming & well presented lodge. We felt at home the minute we entered. A nice little touch with the welcome pack and what a treat to come back to a relaxing hot tub. This lodge is situated in a perfect location for all attractions and amenities. We would love to return.

I had a wonderful stay at Carla’s place! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The snug little pods are a perfect place to stay, overlooking open dales with sheep and cows, ducks swimming on pond right outside. Michiala could not have been more welcoming and helpful. we had all the peace and quiet we needed but she was always ready to assist as soon as we needed anything. Her cats and dogs were as friendly as Michaela herself. our neighbours in the other pod were super friendly too ..but with two bathrooms and a perfectly equipped little kitchen between us it never felt crowded. we loved being able to bring our own bedding because we don't like thick duvets, this meant we slept really well and felt absolutely at home.

The stay at Hendy Bach was lovely. It felt very cozy and had beautiful views from all windows. Our family and dog had a great time with nearby attractions. Hosts were kind and responsive. Would love to come again!

A fantastic location with lovely local restaurants and shops within walking distance. I felt right at home, lovely open plan living area and cosy, comfy bedroom. I drifted off to sleep within no time on both nights!

Really lovely accommodation and beautiful surroundings. Was really peaceful and lovely to see the various farmyard animals. Very comprehensive kitchen with all you need to be able to make dinner. Very comfy bed.

Fantastic little cottage in beautiful Snowdonia. The cottage was easy to find and is just off the main A5 yet so peaceful. There are so many walks that can be done from the cottage that you don’t need to use the car once there. Thank you to our hosts. We hope to come back again soon.

Me and my husband stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and couldn’t have asked for anywhere better. The pod itself is lovely and cozy, the area is really peaceful and the views are amazing. We loved how we were able to enjoy the views from the hot tub too. We took our dog with us and were so pleased at how secure the grounds were for him and how dog friendly the local area and Porthmadog are. The beach is just a short walk away from the pod and was great for our daily walks. Thank you to Andrew as well for helping us celebrate our anniversary with a bottle of fizz and some cupcakes - that was very thoughtful. We really didn’t want to come home and hope to be able to stay again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay at this peaceful farm cottage! The views of the mountains were just stunning – we could’ve spent all day soaking them in. It was so quiet and calm in the evenings, which made it the perfect escape. Our little one was especially thrilled with the friendly farm animals – such a lovely touch for families. Paula, the host, was brilliant. She responded quickly to all our messages and gave us loads of helpful local info, which made planning our days really easy. The location was ideal too – not far from Snowdon and surrounded by beautiful walks and places to explore. We had such a relaxing and memorable stay – highly recommend!

Both Natalie and her partner (and her gorgeous dog) were so welcoming from the get-go. Gave us all of the necessary information and happy to have a chat with us in the morning! The shepherds hut itself is absolutely stunning and the views are amazing! Perfect way for my friend and I to relax, unwind and get a good night's sleep after 4 nights of camping in the wind and rain. Highly recommend and will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

We had a lovely 5 days in Wales at this cabin. Tracey and Mark were very helpful with check-in instructions and directions, gave us plenty of recommendations of places to eat as well as things to do. The welcome book had suggested walks and ways to get about as well. The cabin itself was fantastic, the view was stunning, it was quiet and had everything we could possibly need in terms of amenities. Overall a great place to stay if some peace or adventure in the countryside is what you need.

Stunning location, beautifully presented, aesthetically pleasing, pristine and elegant. Would like to have stayed longer, all very positive …but having to fulfil the owners list of chores within an early exit requirement, 10am, felt rather a squeeze.
