Läget för huset är perfekt för cykelturer och vandring längs kusten. Klippbad, underbara vita stränder i närheten. Tre cyklar (samt två för barn) som går att låna utan kostnad. Vårt gästhus ligger i en by med flera restauranger/caféer som främst är öppna på sommaren. Du kommer att tycka om det lilla charmiga huset på grund av lugnet, den insynsskyddade trädgården och närheten till havet. Huset ligger endast ca 150 meter från stranden. Boendet passar bäst för par alternativt den lilla familjen.

Gästhus i Skillinge

Ni bor i ett modernt hus på 25 kvm med egen uteplats. komplett kök, dusch/wc, gasolgrill, solsängar samt utemöbler. Det finns fyra bäddar, en utdragbar dubbelsäng/soffa och en våningssäng. Inomhuskatter kan jag tyvärr inte ta emot. Snälla hundar bor däremot gratis och kan gå lösa på den med fårstängsel (110 cm högt) inhägnade tomten på +5000 kvm. Tag gärna med egna sängkläder och handdukar. Kuddar och täcken finns i gästhuset. (Hyra sängkläder och handdukar 350 kr/gäst, betalas på plats)

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Här väntar fantastiska promenad- och cykelvägar precis utanför dörren. Tar du dig söderut så får du uppleva det genuina Brantevik som övergår i det vackra "Grönet" som bjuder både på härliga bad vid klipphällar eller lugna, rofyllda promenader längs havet. Tar du dig norrut väntar en härlig gång- och cykelväg till det pittoreska Simrishamn.

Poolen hålls normalt öppen från mitten av Juni till slutet av Augusti och håller då en temperatur på drygt 25 grader Gästhuset ligger i vackra Skillinge vid Österlens kust ca 600m från Skillinge hamn, där det finns mataffär, restauranger mm. Nära till badbryggor och badstränder. Här passerar även Österlenleden (vandringsled) och Sydkustleden (cykelled). Fyra golfbanor finns inom 30 minuters bilresa.

Vacker och ljus lägenhet på klassisk Österlengård

Gården är belägen i Örnahusen, på vackra Österlen vid östkustens spets. Det är ett perfekt ställe för en härlig semester för den stora familjen eller två. Närmsta grannarna är 100 meter bort, så huset är väldigt privat. Uteplatsen är privat och perfekt för barn och djur att röra sig fritt utan att riskera att springa ut på vägen. Gården omgärdas av åkrar som ger en öppen och ljus känsla. Det är promenadavstånd till havet och de vackra långa stränderna som Österlen är så känd för.

Own apartment on our farm in Hagestad village on the countryside. Built in 1850, completely renovated July 2019. Self-catering. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets included. Garden with barbecue. 3 km to supermarket, pharmacy, health center etc. To Malmö and Copenhagen just over an hour's journey. 6 km to white miles of beaches. Art, culture and foodexperiences beyond the ordinary around the corner.

Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
