An ideal place for a November rest, mountain walks and recharging your batteries. The cottage is for up to 5 people, has a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with seating and electric grill. A dark sky full of stars stretches overhead – ideal for moments of peace and reflection. At the foot of Klínovec - a weekend or longer stay in nature. In winter, when there is a lot of snow, you have to walk 400 m to the cottage.

Modern stylish cottage in a beautiful mountain village in the Ore Mountains. Own bathtub with whirlpool - wood heating. For an extra fee (CZK 450 per day (€20)). In the case of 4 or more days, a discount of 300 CZK per day (€13). Unlimited use. 15 minutes by car to the Klínovec ski resort. Terrace with a roof. The cottage has its own garden. It is protected by trees on three sides. Heating is possible only in the fireplace. If you want to park at the cottage when there is snow, you need to have a 4x4 car (the cottage is not on the main road).

We'll give you tips on trips, restaurants and other activities in the area. You can also enjoy a hot tub on the terrace, which is available at an additional cost.

The Bella apartment is the larger of the two apartments, suitable for 2 couples or a family of four. The apartment can be connected internally with the Ela apartment. In a separate and lockable cubicle, you can store your bikes, skis or equipment that you do not want to keep during your stay in the apartment.

Apartment Heidi is a brand new boutique style apartment situated in Loučná pod Klínovcem. The apartment is finished to a high standard throughout to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The living room, balcony and master bedroom all offer unobstructed mountain views. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a nespresso machine, dishwasher and washer/drier. The apartment comes with a designated parking space in the onsite garage.

Spacious 2+1 apartment close to the Klínovec ski resort (500m) with a beautiful view of Klínovec with a terrace. Garage parking, which you will appreciate especially in snow, rain and wind, is shared only by our two apartments. And for bad weather, there is a PS3. The second 2+1 apartment is also for rent - the possibility of accommodation for a total of 11, exceptionally up to 13 people. In case of a number over 6, early reservation and clarification of conditions are required.

Whether family celebration, vacation or accommodation to be at work faster - our granny annex is perfectly located to be in Zwickau, Chemnitz or the Ore Mountains quickly. As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
