10/10 apartment!! initially we were unsure about booking a place out of the main town in Split, but honestly did not regret it one bit! the beautiful view was so worth it, and the transport into Split old town was very easy and so cheap by bus, but we mostly ordered ubers as they were also very affordable. this apartment was so lovely and beautiful to wake up to the sea each morning with a coffee on the patio, a great balance from the busy town. there are supermarkets, a couple coffee shops, a bakery and a lovely restaurant all within walking distance so this was great. lily provided everything we needed and the place was clean and well maintained. lots of cooking equipment too! i definitely recommend this apartment, and thank you lily for being so responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay . The apartment was even better than the photos. The sea views were amazing and the interior stylish and modern. We stayed with our daughter and 6 month old grand daughter and everything was perfect. Great to have the use of the hot tub, pool , play equipment and even the paddle board which we had great fun using. Would definitely come back. Great hosts and amenities.

I had a great stay at Melanie's studio - the loggia with stunning views of the marina, sea, and islands was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The studio came fully equipped with everything I needed, including beach towels. I was impressed by the thoughtful interior design with its attention to detail, which created a wonderfully calming atmosphere throughout my stay. Melanie was an exceptional host, providing valuable tips on local attractions and dining spots. Would absolutely love to return! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with spectacular views.

The view from the apartment was absolutely incredible and we loved having access to the sea. Ana’s communication was also great. This really is a fantastic place to stay!

We can’t speak highly enough about Vanda’s property! She was very responsive before and during our stay. She accommodated us for an early check in, which was very appreciated. The apartment was in pristine condition and in a walkable location to attractions. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the property.

A very nice and fully furnished apartment with a large terrace. We had booked at short notice and were positively surprised by the comfortable and tasteful apartment. Only about 100 m away from the sea, a steep road down and between the rocks a flat entrance with pebbles, completely sufficient for us. Sometimes the flight operations from Split Airport (Trogir) are a bit disturbing.

This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at this lovely place. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beautiful beach, which was truly breathtaking. One highlight of our trip was visiting the Solar café – a must-visit spot for coffee or drinks with a view! The house was very easy to find, thanks to the clear directions provided by Zeljana. Our room was clean, spacious, and very well-equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we truly enjoyed our time and hope to return again! We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a short walk or €5 uber to old town. The apartment was so clean and well facilitated, and the beautiful view from the terrace was a highlight. Davorka was so friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any of our questions. She had kindly welcomed us with some essentials like milk, coffee etc and we were really grateful for this! Overall a great place to stay and we would recommend to anyone visiting Split.

We had a great time! The location is great, easy walking to distance to the water and some restaurants. It is also near a bus stop that goes to Split, which is great to access because the parking in Split is difficult so it’s easier to take the bus than drive. Mia was very helpful in assisting us with parking and finding the apartment. You can hear karaoke at night since it’s near restaurants, but nothing that will keep you awake at night. Overall would recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb — everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, even providing helpful local tips before we arrived. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions, and we felt at home the moment we walked in. The space itself was spotless — exactly like the photos. Location-wise, this place couldn’t be better. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk or drive from great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We felt safe and relaxed the entire time. One of the highlights was the private patio overlooking the beach— perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Hey! Just wanted to say – this is honestly the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is perfect, and the pool is absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you so much for making this an unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The check in was the most friendly and easy I have ever known! The apartment is exactly as described and the view is more beautiful than you can imagine. There is a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and the beautiful beachside restaurants are a 15 minutes walk away. We loved cocktails at Tramonto, San Antonio and Olive Garden plus Hotel Aria which is a slightly longer but beautiful walk along the beachfront! There is also Dream Restaurant next to the supermarket which is excellent. The number 60 bus from the bus stop at the bottom of the hill, by Dream, goes into Split which is beautiful or the other way (by Hotel Eden) is to Omis which is just breathtaking. We took ferries (longer journey and more scenic) and catamarans (shorter journey but inside) from the Port of Split to Hvar and Vis. Both trips and islands were incredible! But what made our entire trip so memorable and possible was the beautiful apartment and amazing hospitality from our hosts! Amazing

11/10. The appartment is stunning both inside and out. It had a phenomenal view and was wonderful inside. Great location that is super close to the beach and a ton of restaurants and shops. The only thing better were the hosts who were extremely kind and super responsive. Easily the best place to stay in Makarska or surrounding area, far better than any hotel and was worth every dollar.

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location for walking to The old Town, the Port and the bus station. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. Helena was very friendly and responsive to our messages. We had a lovely week. Out of the hosts control but sadly we were woken by the builders every morning at 7.30am directly outside the windows which was not ideal for our holiday.

Perfect location for visiting Split! Nice views from the balcony including hot tub.
