Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en privat brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Välkommen att boka vårt hus till ett förmånligt ”prova-på” pris. Vårt hus i Stockholms skärgård har ett unikt läge, är helt självförsörjande på el genom solceller, och inte uppkopplat till elnätet. Huset är ”off grid” och är nu klart till 98%. All funktionalitet är klar, det finns några skönhetsfläckar. Trappan tex har ingen ledstång ännu.

Badrum med separett (ej vattentoalett) duschkabin och tvättmaskin. Naturtomt, stor gräsmatta med studsmatta. Trädäck med sittplatser och en skön soffhörna, kolgrill finns. Ca. 7 minuters promenad till en fin havsvik med klippor, sandstrand, badbrygga, flotte med hopptorn och liten lekplats med rutchkana för de minsta.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta fina & charmiga atterfallshus. Ca 400 m till havsvik & en liten badplats. Här trivs du som gillar natur,promenader & bara vara . På sommaren finns grill & utemöbler på den insynsskyddade altanen.Roddbåt finns att låna någon dag vid förfrågan. Finns en 120 säng & en bäddsoffa draperi till sovrummet.Ingen rökningen ,inga husdjur pga allergi. Lakan & handdukar ingår ej men kan läggas till för 150:-pp Huset ligger nära huvudhuset där vi bor permanent .

Welcome to our beautiful house in the countryside, with no next-door neighbors except the forest. A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families - there are toys, trampoline, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.
