Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Shōnan

My sister and I, along with our nephew who was visiting Tokyo for the first time, stayed at June’s place for nearly two weeks. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and secure, with a reliable security system. It’s located in a convenient area within a quiet neighborhood, which made our stay even more enjoyable. June was a fantastic host. She had tried her best to accommodate our requirements. Her communication was prompt, friendly, clear and accommodating throughout. I would highly recommend her place to anyone planning a trip to Tokyo.

Evi çok sevdik. Ev çok temizdi, muhit çok sakin ve güvenliydi. Hava alanına ulaşım çok rahattı. Evde bütün ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüştü, ev ona göre dizayn edilmiş. Başka kaldığımız evlerde Japonca bilmediğimiz için elektronik aletleri kullanırken zorluk yaşamıştık fakat bu evde bütün tuşlar tek tek İngilizce olarak da yazıyordu, yaşamımızı çok kolaylaştırdı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz :)

Muy agradecido con este alojamiento es cierto que es una zona de ocio cercana y por ello no es muy silencioso sin embargo se disfruta mucho de Tokyo y del descanso.

El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio, con vista a la torre Sky de Tokyo, moderno y genial para una buena estadía, cercano al metro, lo cual te conecta muy bien con toda la ciudad. El anfitrión muy atento a todas necesidades. Recomiendo totalmente este airbnb.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Section L Tsukiji for its pristine condition, thoughtful amenities and impeccable location. We would definitely like to come back one day.

Overall a great place to stay. Location is minutes away from a train station, which makes it ideal as a launch point to explore Tokyo. Hosts were incredibly helpful with providing information. Only problem that my group ran into was the dryer not working, ended up having to air dry clothes.

Apartment was very clean and in a peaceful location. Walking distance from a train station. Host was very kind, and allowed us to store our luggage at the front desk before check in and after check out. Would stay here again!

This place is an absolute gem and Mizuki was amazing. The locations to central and so much to see and do close by. The place is so homely, and we felt welcome and at home immediately. We are a family of 5 and there was a heap of space for us all. There were snacks, condiments and so many little added bonuses that you just don’t get from other hosts. Amazing. Thanks for having us in your beautiful home🙏💯

The house is simply superb or i should say its near perfect. The house is really nice and cozy, suitable for small group up to 10 pax. Located close to the main train station oshiage/skytree around 5-6 mins walk. Combini/ 7eleven is just 60 meters away. Plus, Hitomi is very friendly and responsive! Overall 4.90/5.00. We keep 0.10 just bcs we cant make lot of noise around the neighbourhood. Lol Anyway its superb. Arigato gozaimasu Hitomi.

One of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever stayed. Nothing like coming up the stairs and opening the double doors to reveal the beautiful ocean scape. Would love to stay here again for even longer.

湯河原湯かけ祭りのため、2泊3日で利用させていただきました! 各部屋が清潔で広々としていて、祭りで疲れた体を休めることができました。サウナが特に良かったです! 子供達も楽しかったと言っていたのでまた利用したいと思います!

Taka was the most incredible Airbnb host - going above and beyond with local recommendations, and prompt, clear communication. We loved our stay and the house had everything we needed for a quiet few days by the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. This is a vibrant area, with so many great cafes, shops etc and easy to get to other parts of Tokyo by train. The apartment has everything you need, very generous hosts. Easy checkin and good communication.

A cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood. There are two subway stations nearby so commuting was a breeze. The apartment was exactly as described. The washroom was clean and efficient and having two toilet seats really helped, though fitting into the smaller toilet needed some gymnastics. Though portrayed as two bedrooms, it’s impossible to fit the second bed in the kitchen cum dining area. If there are three of you then everyone has to sleep in the same room. There were small niggles like bedside lamp not working and a bedside table drawer coming off. Easily checked sorted before guests arrive. The balcony definitely needs scrubbing. Overall a nice, pleasant and peaceful stay. Mathew is doing a great job. This place is highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Ryusuke’s place. We chose the location because it was in the neighborhood of our friends. We easily took the bus and train from close to his place. The flat was very spacious and met all our needs. There’s a delicious bakery close and some nice restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you!
