My stay at Mountain and Peace was exactly what the name promises—pure peace in the mountains! Tucked away from the crowded parts of Shimla, this place offers stunning views, clean air, and a calming atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was well-maintained, the room was clean and spacious, and all amenities were in place. What I really appreciated was the hospitality-the hosts were warm, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping tea with a panoramic view of the hills was a highlight of the trip. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a serene and scenic stay in Shimla, away from the chaos but still well-connected.

The property is beautiful, the views are incredible, the house is amazing with all amenities. Love how aarti has given attention to all the details in the house. There are so many spaces to sit and soak the view. Tuffy the resident indie on the property is adorable and loved being around her. Loved every moment that we spent on this property.

#A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Shimla# 🥀 The location is absolutely perfect—just a stone's throw from the Ridge. You can ask Kendriya Vidyalya or typ Hotel Florence. Now, the property itself— WOW.. Super clean, incredibly quiet, and so spacious! The scenic view from the windows is nothing short of magical. The place is stocked with every amenity you could ask for—there's a huge TV with all OTT subscriptions, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy corners.. The experience was made even better thanks to the amazing people. The owner provided clear, helpful instructions and was always reachable if we needed anything. But a special shoutout goes to Mr. Rakesh, the caretaker—a truly kind soul. He welcomed us with a warm smile, helped us immediately when the LPG needed replacing, and checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. His hospitality made us feel completely at home. In short—just book the place. The owner has set everything up so smoothly... TBH it's best in the town.. ♥️🙏😇

The stay was really pleasant. A fully functional bnb with the best view. The house was close to the mall road yet away from the hustle bustle. If one wants to spend some peaceful time with friends or family, this is the place to be. Anjali is an amazing host and helps you with everything that's important. The house caretaker Bishamberji was really helpful. It was an excellent experience.

Anuj's place lived up to the property description perfectly. The property itself was exceptionally beautiful, and we appreciated having access to both a balcony and a terrace. The view from the terrace was truly breathtaking. Anuj proved to be a highly responsive and proactive host, readily addressing all our additional questions. The caretaker, Suman, was also incredibly helpful with arrangements and remained sweet and supportive throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for those seeking a peaceful retreat with family and friends.

Great place to stay , peaceful location , scenic views helpful host, and great caretaker Suresh. The upper floor bedroom with attached garden sitting was the highlight of the place and is better than what it looks in the pictures. Pl follow instructions from the caretaker to reach the place specially after reaching Victory tunnel/ RADISON . Over all a 5/5 place for a short vacation, definitely recommend to visit once .

Had an amazing experience at the property. Beautiful terrace next to the rooms providing a very good view of the forest. The place is very close to main Shimla however still offers peace and quiet as well. Well kept residence and assistance available at all times. Asheesh personally took care of our itinerary and recommended places as well. Would love to visit again during snow fall time as well. No difficulties in parking as well which is a great to have in Shimla. Overall pretty happy with the experience.

It was a great stay for me and my family. Plenty of blankets to keep warm during the extreme cold. Ajeet was extremely helpful. Food was as great as well. Overall enjoyed the stay and beautiful views from the house.

A big and well maintained house with a fully functional kitchen. The cafe closeby serves good food. The caretaker and host are pretty responsove too. Good place to enjoy staying in.

A Slice of Heaven in the Hills What a beautiful place you’ve created! Every little detail, from the cozy interiors to the breathtaking views, felt like it had a personal touch. The place is aptly located between the city of Chandigarh and Kasauli with both sides being less than an hour away. Being a perfect and peaceful abode away from the hustling city life and the mainstream tourist places. The location was well connected and equipped to cater to mostly all our needs. The stay was neat and clean with sufficient help and a beautiful view of the hills. Would highly recommend it to people looking to steam off from city life or even looking to work from hills while taking inn some fresh air and nature.

Nisha and Ajay have maintained their property really well. They provided all the amenities and their house was very clean. We got home cooked foods and easy travel arounds near by All in all wonderful experience

Beautiful, well furnished, extremely clean and organised two bedroom apartment in the Barog hills. The apartment had every possible amenities including great crockery, cutlery, board games and a Netflix connection. Easy to find the approach is a steep, narrow mountain road easily navigable by most cars with round mirrors placed on the bends. Seemaji the caretaker was waiting to greet us. She is more than happy to help with requirements though we had an overnight stay. We were 4 senior citizen friends, out to enjoy ourselves and the apartment suited our need fabulously. Thanks Superna for guiding us.

Really nicely furnished apartment. This was a family getaway and all of us enjoyed the break. The host Husan was very responsive and coordinated with us throughout our stay. There is a caretaker who stays in the same building and can cook food there with an additional payment. The apartment itself was quite clean, and Husan also ensured any minor hiccups were quickly addressed. There is spacious parking inside the building itself. Happy to have opted for this property, and would love to visit again.

Located in the heart of the Mountains, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway.
