來台北跨年所以預約了一個舒服遠離塵囂既民宿居住 首先，房東很友善人很好，我自己一個女生先入住，房東一下子幫我搬行李從1樓走樓梯到5樓！親切地和我介紹房間的設施，所有都可以使用。當我開不到樓下大門，他也親自走下來教我用，垃圾和洗衣，他都幫我掉垃圾和教我如何使用！親切度100分💕 接着，𥦬外風景真的很好，有種親親大自然的感覺，晚上看到的景色更美，跨年也可以遠觀台北101大樓的煙火，除了101大樓的煙火外，還能同時看到多處放的煙火，太驚喜太意外了！是個不錯，又安靜又不用人擠人的跨年好住處！很適合情侶兩人居住的地方！ 此外，到附近的便利店夜宵店，或者捷運亦不太遠，大約10至15分鐘左右，慢慢散步去亦是不錯的選擇，過程中還見到小狗和小貓😂關渡捷運站距離淡水很近，但如果相對到台北市中心附近的景點，乘車時間會較長距離會較遠。 唯一美中不足的是房間微塵較多，但可以運用房東的吸塵器吸吸。 整體而言，這間民宿很適合遠離繁囂！推薦喔💕💕

连续住了半月了 还因为没及时订房，房东专程给我调配房间，让我住的舒心、安心，非常感恩在台北有一个像家的民宿，还有幸认识了两位大姐姐，给予我很大的帮助，感恩一切！

So worth it for a few days in Taipei. Sunny was an incredible host and the apartment was spotless when we got there. Being able to check in at 12 was also amazing. There are lots of really good food places around the apartment and the there are several bus stops within walking distance. The metro is about a 20 minute walk away.

第二次入住，這次是住比較小的房型（只有淋浴沒有浴缸）一樣的舒適。

Bin bereits das zweite Mal hier. War letztes Jahr in meiner letzten Woche meiner Reise hier untergekommen. war zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, darum diesmal auch das Ende meiner Taiwanreise hier ausklingen lassen. Die Umgebung und die Unterkunft gaben mir ein familiäres Gefühl der Sicherheit. Komme hier gerne wieder.

Definitely recommend!!!! It was one of the best Airbnb I ever stayed, the owner and the host are both very warm and thoughtful, they made sure my whole journey is smooth and comfy. They're very kind to showed me around and suggest some lovely places. The Airbnb itself is incredible as well! It has two floors, so you got lots of space even for a big group. It has everything you need for daily life and match the list. The location is amazing, right on top of the MRT station and near to the bus stop too. I have nothing to complain, but only grateful for having a chance to stayed and enjoy my vacation. Can't wait to be back!!!

Super close to Ximen station and walking street

We stayed at the place with two small kids (3,5 and 1,5 yo) and enjoyed it. As mentioned the stairs is somewhat dangerous but not something we found a real problem. Very good communication and found the place as we expected. Would recommend.

Maggie's place was perfect for us- a great size for 2 travellers, located very conveniently for touring Taipei- lively area, many shops and restaurants around, about 10 minutes walk from a metro station on the green and blue lines (and one stop away from the main Taipei station). The flat is decorated in a fun, arty way, and Maggie was very communicative. The flat also allowed great sleep- it is quiet, air conditioned, and beds are comfortable.

Perfect location with several metro stations nearby and Taipei 101 tower right in front. Well suited for group of friends with one big bedroom, two smaller rooms, a spacious living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and kindly arranged airport pick ups as well. The weather was unexpectedly cold but there were two big heaters which were very helpful. This place is highly recommended, and we would return any time!

My honest review: HOST: Very responsive and helpful. Terrence even arranged a private transpo for us from the airport to Ximending coz my dad couldn't walk due to a terrible leg pain. LOCATION: Literally just a minute walk from Ximen Station. Very strategic location coz it's within the bustling Ximending area. ROOM: Generally clean and cozy. No unusual odor and pretty spacious for 3-4 guests. Despite being at the heart of Ximending, the room is surprisingly quiet. AMENITIES: Everything is fully functional. The homestay had the best shower. And it's really a plus that a microwave and a washer are available for use. CHECK-IN & OUT: Smooth and hassle-free. The host, Terrence, will personally meet you and guide you to the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have a comfy and convenient stay in Taiwan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇵🇭🇹🇼

The apartment is exactly as described, and we had a very pleasant stay. Its location is excellent, with a metro station nearby that makes it easy to get around Taipei. The host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help with an issue I had. We highly recommend this place. Both for the apartment itself and for the kindness and helpfulness of the host!

The room, located right above the Taipei bus station, was large enough for two people to spend four nights and five days, and also very clean and convenient. The host was very kind, gave me a lot of detailed directions and helped me check in. I think this is one of the best places to stay for those who want to move around a lot around Taipei Station.

Nice place in a very convenient location. The red line is a few minutes behind the building and gets you to most places quickly. Taipei 101 is also at a walkable distance. Apartment comes with a washing machine and the bed was really comfortable. Right behind the building there is also a 711 and familymart which is very convenient. Across the street are also plenty of coffee places that have affordable prices, I recommend going to unlimited coffee they roast freshly in the cafe. The host was also very flexible with checking and checkout and provided me with a driver from the airport early in the morning. The driver was very friendly and even told me about the places we were driving past. Highly recommended place!

what a wonderful apartment! Great location, extremely walkable, and we were able to get in and out very easily after full days of sightseeing. the place was clean and stocked with lots of toiletries and had laundry in unit. Plus, there was also a gym that was available early in the morning with cardio equipment. And the host was amazing! Shu Chi was super attentive and checked in on us often.

Highly recommend staying with Dave! His place is in near-new condition. All of the appliances are all brand new and very luxurious. The best part is that this place conveniently located right next to the train station. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and malls, making it super convenient. Dave was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

For the location, amount of space you’re getting in this area of Taipei, the price was reasonable. Had a few last minute situations happen, but the host was quick to respond at various points of the day. The pictures were true to what the unit looked like once we got there and the place was well kept unlike a lot of other places which usually show wear and tear on their furniture and appliances. The building has security downstairs as well which gave me a peace of mind. A gem in the heart of Taipei that you wouldn’t want to miss!!

To start with Ric is extremely responsive and supported always on any queries we had coming from a different country. The house is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood.The nearest metro station is at a walkable distance of few mins.The place has accessible groceries which are accessible at all hours.Loads of eateries are also present in the neighborhood. The house is very clean with all necessary amenities.Entry and exit at all hours is very convenient. I will strongly recommend anyone travelling to Taipei to stay here ! Thanks Ric 😊
