Bel appartement, bien rangé et propre. Tout à fait adéquat pour un séjour en famille! A proximité du RER, l'appartement permet d'accéder facilement à Paris et ses activités. Gabriel est très gentil et très réactif! N'hésitez pas à faire une halte dans son petit cocon!

There was scaffolding on the building blocking our view when we arrived but Phillippe immediately offered us a larger apt. to compensate for the obstructed view. The apt. was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were extremely comfortable for our 6 nights in Paris. Phillippe greeted us with a basket of fruits and water and he could not be more responsive and helpful. It was a perfect location walkable to most attractions and extremely close to the Georges V metro line.

The place was exactly as described, a very nice and clean studio. Fair price, easy check in/out and good communication. Perfect for 1 person. Recommended!

We had a great stay! Capucine welcomed us and made sure we were all set on our first day with instructions, recommendations. She also messaged us to check in throughout our stay. We had an issue with the wifi and Capucine was very helpful in troubleshooting in a timely manner. We were right next to the train station which was very convenient! Bakery downstairs very good! Restaurants and supermarket very close by. Place was clean and offered everything listed. I will definitely save this place when I come back to visit :) thank you for a great stay!!!

We (a family of four) enjoyed our stay at Hugue's apartment. It was spacious and clean and extremely well located. Two metro lines are within 5 minutes walk and the area feels safe and vibrant during both the day and night with lots of amenities such as restaurants, stores and bakeries. The neighbourhood is lively but without the crowding you find closer to some of the main tourist sites in the city. Would recommend

Géraldine est une personne très sympathique et attentionnée avec ses voyageurs. Nous recommandons cet appartement , qui est fonctionnel , très bien situé (juste en face d une gare de RER ) . Géraldine est très réactive et arrangeante , son appartement est Nikel , très propre, super bien équipé et ça c est très agréable. Merci encore à vous .

Nous avons choisi cet appartement pour passer un week-end à Paris. Son emplacement à proximité de la gare Montparnasse a été un critère déterminant dans notre décision. Dès notre arrivée, le propriétaire Olivier a été très accueillant et arrangeant. C'est important de trouver des contacts humains de cette qualité quand on prend un logement. L'appartement est idéalement situé et très agréable. Cela a grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location

It is nice and tidy apartment for 2 people. Had lot of amenties for kitchen and bathroom. Public transportation is quite nearby. Philippe was friendly host. Highly recommend this place.

Magnifique complexe de 2 maisons situées au calme au fond d’une grande cour privée. Parking privé, c’est trop cool! Et juste en face du métro RER, c’est top! Literie super confortable, grande terrasse privée, super propre et équipe super accueillante et sympathique. C’est vraiment génial, merci !!!

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Logement petit mais vraiment très propre, confortable, sentait très bon, avec une place de parking. De petites attentions très gentilles à l’égard de nos enfants, ça nous a bien fait plaisir :-) Seul bémol c’est si vous êtes grands et faites plus de 1,90m car le logement est bas de plafond. (Pour info nous sommes venus pour une nuit, en couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge et un petit chien.) Merci infiniment pour votre gentillesse et bonne à vous!

Rafika is an incredible host, and had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. She was easy to communicate with, and facilitated an easy checkin. The home was spotless and the rooms were perfectly appointed. Our large group loved having their own private bedrooms, and there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. We were a group of 8 adults, and everyone was completely comfortable. The home is newly remodeled and tastefully done. The walk to the public transit was 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and again! If you are considering booking Rafika’s place, just do it! You will be so glad you did!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mes enfants et moi. Non seulement parce que la location est décorée avec beaucoup de goût mais aussi car c'était vraiment très propre, fonctionnel et confortable (aussi bien les lits que le canapé). De plus le village est très mignon et degage une atmosphère de quiétude. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de Paris en nous rendant à la gare RER de la hacquiniere qui est à seulement 5mn en voiture et où il est facile de se garer . Angélique est très accueillante et sympathique.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Spotless, well-appointed and tastefully-decorated apartment in a great location in the 15th. Quiet street in a good neighborhood with close access to the Metro and good dining and shopping options within easy walk. Alex is a very friendly and responsive host. We look forward to staying here again on future trips to Paris.

El apartamento de Vincent es un sueño. Entrar al condominio con su parque y sus rosales y plantas y pájaros que cantan es una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento es perfecto tiene todas las comodidades. La cocina es genial y puedes cocinar tranquilamente. El baño es muy cómodo y el agua es abundante y caliente. El dormitorio está muy bien y la cama es súper cómoda. Los vecinos son también muy amigables. Vincent fue sumamente cálido y amable. Siempre ofreciéndose a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda es un lugar maravilloso para que tu estadía en París sea perfecta. Está cerca de muchísimos comercios de todas las especies y cerca de líneas de Metro y bus. Gracias Vincent por tu calidez. Estar en tu casa fue maravilloso.

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
