very spacious and comfortable, check in easy, and access to building easy, got two toilet, one inside main bedroom, and another one is outside, third bedroom no aircond, view is nice but the second bathroom sink is leaking, others is perfect, no mirror in bedroom

This is my second time staying here. 1 family interested in this owner's house. All necessities are complete. Washing machine, dryer, microwave, most importantly there is a hot and cold coway water filter, all kitchen equipment, and all..indeed the best. The owner was very responsive and kind. If I go to KT again, I'll definitely choose another place. 🌹 thank you so much for having us.

Everything was great because it has all prepared and ready. It's suitable for family day since the house is quite private.

Tan is a very generous and friendly host. Shuithuei Place is perfect for a big family. The house is well-equipped with complete amenities, a spacious swimming pool, and large rooms. The surrounding area and parking space are also ample. We are very satisfied and truly enjoyed our time here.

We had a great stay! The villa and all rooms are spacious and clean, except for few little bugs near the pool after the rain. And its not a big deal at all. The pool is big enough to cater our 16 pax and the best part? We love the kitchen that its sooo complate that make us feel home ❤️ thank puan for being a wonderful host

The house was very comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay. All the provided amenities, especially the washing machine and dryer, were extremely helpful. The place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Shah's house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. He was very responsive to requests for information, and when we found a problem with the AC he had an electrician there in a few hours on a Saturday night! The carport is covered, and there are locks for the front door and the entrance gate. There is a washer and a dryer! A large supermarket is five minutes away. Shah gave us a long list of his favorite restaurants and also told us how to get to the Perhentian Islands. He recommended going to the fishermen's village there to rent a private boat for snorkeling and we ended up staying for a few nights by the village, which for us was a great place for home base. Shah lives down the street from this house, and we met him (and his young daughter) and really liked him.

Nice clean unit. Checks ins was a breeze, 5 minutes walk to the mall and loads of places for dinner and breakfast. A definite choice when in Kuala Terengganu.

It was a pleasure to be a guest in Mohd Rusyaidi‘s apartment. The apartment was spacious, absolutely spotless and beautifully equipped. It has a washing machine, drinking water dispenser and very comfortable beds. Our host was always responsive and made sure that we felt like at home. We would return anytime!
