It is a 5-minute walk from Seolleung Station and is located on the 5th floor. The location is so great! It's a clean and pretty studio. You can also use the spacious rooftop! There is no elevator, and parking is not allowed. Please let me know if you really need parking. * There is a super single bed. * The bathroom (sink shower) is right next to the room and you'll be using it alone. * This is a structure where you can go out to the rooftop through the bathroom. *There is a washer and dryer, cooking is possible, and smoking is allowed on the rooftop. (Smoking is never allowed in the room, bathroom, or indoor space inside the building) * There is no TV and pets are not permitted. * There is a host's warehouse on the rooftop, and we visit for home management. The bathroom and rooftop are connected, so we have an additional lock inside. You can use it with confidence. (The rooftop is shared with the host and guest) * When you open the green door and enter, there is a visit on the right side of the toilet (with sink/shower) in front.
