Second time staying here with my wife. This place was perfect. Super clean and comfortable. Perfect amenities and super close to base. I got this place while my wife came to visit. We booked it the first and second time she came. It was perfect. Affordable and close to the walk in gate (10 min walk). A+ 11/10

This is my second time to stay here and I still recommend to everyone. The location is convenient, just few minutes walk there is airport bus and near the metro station. The room is clean, the building has elevator and laundry at the ground floor, also you may keep the luggage. Excellent!

Appartement assez grand pour 3 , bonne emplacement proche de la gare donc très rapide pour prendre les métros ou train. Bonne communication avec l’hôte qui nous a permis de rentrer dans le logement à 11h plutôt que 15h sans nous demandez de supplément exceptionnellement . ✔️ Je recommande

Excelente lugar para llegar con familia y amigos. Buena ubicación cerca de parada de metro tiendas y restaurantes para poder hacer turismo y vacaciones. Todos los servicios también están disponibles, nos ayudaron los adaptadores de corriente para enchufes tipo americano. Recomendamos.

临时决定来首尔，订房时一眼相中这个房源，意料之外的不错。交通非常方便，地铁站、机场巴士站、公交车站都在附近一两百米处。大楼里有电梯，带大件行李也不用担心搬运问题。和房东的沟通也非常顺畅，房间里生活物品也非常齐全。一次很好的出行体验😊

大推！如果不是沒房間了！真想5天都住這裡！舒服有家的感覺，離地鐵站很近，樓下有一間便利店！👍👍👍

Hazel is very responsive and she provides very clear directions on how to get to her house. The house is a perfect size for a big family/group. It is very walkable to many eateries as well as hongik exit 3 and aREX. The only downside for us is the small shower in the second toilet which becomes very wet after shower or using tap (Hazel did give a heads up before we checked in) and the area can be a bit noisy at night as there’s pubs around it and the apartment is located at a low floor.

The Bori House was a great place to stay at, clean and quiet. There’s a good sized fridge, great water pressure, and the beds were super comfy. The location is also prime, right next to many amazing bars and restaurants but the noise never reaches us. The train is also right there.

깨끗하고 잘 관리된 숙소. 우려했던 벌레는 작은 날벌레나 먼지만한 거미 한두마리 정도. 큰 문제는 되지 않았음. 외부에 족욕시설 같은 곳은 벌레 영향이 있을수 있을 듯 하지만 굳이 족욕은 하지 않았음. 위치가 좋고 주차가 되는것이 가장 큰 장점. 취사는 되지 않지만 배달이 자유롭고, 식기류 등에 대한 배려도 잘 돼있는편. 엘지 정수기도 깔끔하게 관리해서 깨끗한 물도 큰 장점.

반지하라서 솔직히 걱정되었습니다. 하지만 지내는데 전혀 문제가 없고 넓고 만족감이 좋았습니다. 집에서 하루종일 보내는게 아니기 때문에 그럴 수도 있지만 딱히 공기가 안좋다든지 비가 내려서 천장에 물이 맺힌다든지 그런 현상이 없었습니다. 다만 단점이 하나 있습니다. 이건 호스트의 문제가 아닌 이 집을 설계한 사람의 문제같습니다만 방음이랑 온수가 너무 안됩니다. 이것을 제외하곤 지내는데 전혀 어려움이 없었습니다. 저는 사용 안했지만 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 장기투숙도 괜찮을 것 같습니다. 다음에도 마곡에 지낼 일이 있다면 또 선택할 것 같습니다.

L’appartamento è perfetto, sia come zona che come caratteristiche interne. Ci siamo trovati benisssimo, penso che ci torneremo sicuramente. J è stata molto carina per ogni info richiesta.

Emma ist eine tolle und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gleich nach der Ankunft in ihrer Wohngegend gezeigt, was man dort alles machen kann und wo die Bahnstation ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Um die Wohnung herum gibt es viel zu sehen und die Verkehrsanbindung ist auch super. Wir durften mit unserem Leihwagen direkt vor der Wohnung parken und die Bahnstation ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Man ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten Hongdae. Ich würde die Wohnung immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

호스트분이 체크인 전부터 세세하게 신경 써주셔서 재밌게 놀다 갑니다 :) 침실이 충분해서 좋았네요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 놀러가고 싶은 숙소 입니다!

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

Our stay was great. We were a group of 5 females so we felt we needed 2 bathrooms. The bedroom bed configurations were spot on and worked out perfectly. Warning: Koreans enjoy hard/firm beds. If you know you’ll need a mattress pad, speak up. Also, the 2nd bathroom was really small so we used it as a powder room instead of a second shower, even if it was capable. The location, while uphill, was a nice residential neighborhood. It was within 10 minutes walk or less to the subway. Excellent location to a fun restaurant-filled street. Easy walk to Gyungbokgung Palace. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
