Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Seocho District

The instructions are clear (and I received them before hand) and owner very helpful and responsive. They helped me when my luggage was broken and delivery contacted them instead of me. When I arrived, they left cute notes including the “welcome” note in my native language. The places matches description perfectly. It has everything you need for living (kitchen, fridge, drawer, towels, desk and even umbrella) and the place itself is clean, nice and comfortable. Everything works well. The place is perfect for one person. The stair room (lobby) is always clean, fresh and secure. The location is nice too, it’s not on Main Street, yet everything is on walking distance (subway, bus, GS25, restaurants, Gangnam street, Sinsa station, Express bus terminal not far too). Overall I liked my stay very much and I hope to come back one more time at least.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, es bonito, la cama es grande y cómoda. Hemos pasado 5 dias como en casa. Sin duda aconsejo este apartamento. El anfitrión también fué muy amable haciendo un esfuerzo para que pudiésemos entrar antes de la hora. La zona es muy tranquila, quizá lo único malo es que la zona no tenía demasiada variedad de restaurantes.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for a long-term stay and ideal for two people! It’s even better than in the photos—more spacious than expected and beautifully arranged. Located in a quiet residential area, it’s just a 15-minute walk to Line 2 and the Gyodae Station area, where you’ll find plenty of great cafés and affordable restaurants. We truly fell in love with this place—it felt just like home, and it had all the appliances and amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful touches throughout the apartment were so appreciated, and the host was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. I'm honestly just sad I didn't get the chance to meet her in person ㅠㅠ Thank you again for your kindness—I’d absolutely love to stay here again next time I’m in town! ♡

Excellent host and very responsive with clear instructions. Felt like staying at a friend’s place. So close to train and airport bus stop, lots of food around the area, our favorite was the tiger gimbap shop downstairs. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

I stayed at Wisdom's apartment three times between September and January. The location of the apartment is convenient for travelling across Seoul. The building has a very friendly management company. Wisdom is incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. Wisdom goes above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again when I return to Seoul in the summer.

Overall comfortable stay. The host is nice, responsive and promptly addressed my questions. The location is quite, central and walking distance to the main Gangnam- daero street with plenty of food options nearby.

Juniper was a great host! She went above and beyond to answer my queries and helped me with any doubts re Seoul. Her place was nice and spacious, making the stay in Gangnam super fun and convenient. Would highly recommend!

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

Logement petit mais agréable. quartier très sympa et animé (nombreux restaurants et cafés, commerces et marché de quartier pas trop loin. la ligne de métro est très proche donc facile de se déplacer. L hôte est très serviable et réactif, très bon contact. J ai apprécié mon séjour. L aménagement de la terrasse serait un vrai plus.

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

Very easy to find and clear instructions from the host. It's very near a busstop for a direct bus to the airport as well which I found very convenient. The room itself has all basic amenities and is spacious and very clean. Just note that the mattress is quite hard if you're sensitive to that. It wasn't a problem for me and I would definitely like to come back sometime.

The location is great - very convenient to so many things (supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants, Coex center, baseball stadium, bike/walking path, etc.) just by walking! And the Bongeungsa station is very close so you can reach everything else. The space is clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home! Sungmo met me and showed me the place - he was kind and friendly. Next time I'm in Seoul, I'm calling Sungmo first! This space is 99.9% perfect! (And it could get to 100 if it had one or two larger (like "bath sized") towels but that is a tiny complaint for a fantastic experience!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!
