Vacation rentals with breakfast in Seocho District

thank you so much for this wonderful stay. the location close to Seoul Station was impeccable and made staying with two kids really easy. Liz was also really helpful and told us where the umbrellas were one day when it was pouring cats and dogs- proactively. we really appreciated that. we really enjoyed our stay and want to thank you again! I also think the place looks better in real life than in the pictures!

숙소 근처에서 공연을 보고 편리하고 안전하게 잘 이용했습니다. 호스트님도 친절하고 자세하게 숙소에 대해 안내해주셔서 좋았습니다. 집처럼 편하게 지낼 수 있는 곳이었습니다. 이 숙소는 무엇보다 전경이 멋집니다. 밤과 아침 모두 앞에 있는 호수 공원을 볼 수 있고 탁 트여있어서 좋았습니다. 지하철역에서 아주 가깝고 안전한 곳에 있고, 주변에 편의점이나 식당, 카페 등이 많습니다. 추천합니다.

Linda’s place was everything you could have asked for, a lot of great options to eat nearby, you can walk up to Namsan Park, and hike up to the Seoul Tower. Is really close to Itaewon station. And it’s really quiet once you are inside the place despite the lively nature of Itaewon night life. I had a great time and would definitely book again.

사진보다 훨씬 더 예쁜 감성 가득한 숙소였어요! 곳곳에 사장님의 센스가 느껴졌고, 인테리어며 소품 하나하나까지 정성스럽게 꾸며져 있어서 머무는 내내 기분이 정말 좋았어요 침구도 뽀송하고 청결했고, 큰 창으로 보이는 뷰도 너무 좋아서 창가에 앉아 있는 것만으로도 힐링이 됐어요ㅎㅎ 제가 창문 큰 숙소를 특히 좋아하는데 정말 맘에 들었습니다 특히 거실 공간은 햇살 가득하고 따뜻한 분위기여서 친구들과 함께 사진도 많이 찍고, 편하게 와인마시며 수다 떨기 좋았어요. 필요한 기본 물품들도 잘 갖춰져 있었고 사장님과의 소통도 친절하고 빠르게 이루어져서 더 안심되고 편했습니다! 도심 속에서 조용히 쉬어가기 딱 좋은 공간이었어요. 다음에 또 기회 되면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요~

Very comfortable accommodation! It was close to the subway station and the neighborhood was quiet, so I could relax after the trip. The interior was clean and pretty, the sunlight was good, and the house was big, so I spent it comfortably with my friends and I was very satisfied The host was so kind and quick to respond, I really want to compliment you. I'll be back again. See you then ^^

Le logement était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons adorés la localisation bien desservie par les transports (bus/metro), avec différents commerces de proximités. Également, la maison est super bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Le seul bémol serait les finitions de la maison qui laisse à désirer : moisissure sous la porte de la salle d’eau, de la poussières sous les lits au sol, un extérieur peu entretenu. Mais cela n’enlève rien au charme de la maison et tous les équipements restent fonctionnels et les fournitures propres (draps, serviette etc). Le service de COSE est incomparable. Il est excellent et a rendu notre séjour génial. Je recommande à 100% ce logement pour le rapport qualité/prix, l’espace de la maison, ses équipements et le service de COSE.

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

미아~수유역 사이에 있습니다 급하게 미아역 근처에 일정이 생겨서 밤 늦게 예약하고 이용했는데도 빠르고 친절한 답장 너무 좋았습니다^^ 다음엔 미리 가서 숙소를 제대로 즐겨보고싶네용

We stayed for one week and had a great time. The apartment is small but you have everything you need. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The price was pretty high but that was maybe because of public holidays and everything else was booked out. Because of the great and central location we would book again.

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

The place was exactly as described in the listing! The space was super spacious and clean. The hosts were also incredible and answered very quickly. They are super sweet and provided small souvenirs, along with some small snacks. The location is also very convenient as it is close to the subway, and in walkable distance to Hongdae. Would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to visit Seoul!

A great place! I stayed for three weeks (only me). The accommodation is clean, has everything that might be needed, and is conveniently located. The host is super responsive and proactive. A pick-up at Incheon Airport was part of my long-term stay (which I had not realized when booking, so was a pleasant surprise). A note for future guests: do look at the washroom photos in regard to the shower head (location/installation). The photos in the listing are 100% accurate. A five star experience from start to finish! Highly recommended.

Le logement etait impeccable et l'hôte tres sympathique, toujours disponible et tres réactif pour nous conseiller ou nous aider. Les nuits ont été tres calmes et reposantes, et le logement est proche du métro (~10 minutes de marche). Le logement a un style traditionnel, donnant une atmosphère plutot mignonne.

Cozy and lovely guesthouse. We booked the triple room with balcony. The room got a little bright in the morning (the curtains were very translucent), and the spring mattresses had some hard spots. The space (except the balcony) was overall very clean and modern and we had a comfortable and lovely stay in Seoul. The rooftop and kitchen was great for hanging out. There was bread, jams, and hot tea provided for breakfast (no eggs like the photos). 7-11 was nearby so that was convenient. Would recommend for group of friends and a cute stay in Seoul.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
