Vacation rentals with a patio in Seobuk-gu

숙소가 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요 수압 약한건 후기 보고 걱정 했는데 저는 크게 불편함 없었고 역 근처다보니 소음이 조금 있긴해요

영종도에 거주하면서 지인이 머물때 가끔 이곳을 이용합니다 뷰도 훌륭하고 가성비에 주변 먹거리와 힐링하기에 좋은 곳이며 그리고 호스트에 빠른답변 모두 추천합니다.

This is my second time to stay here and I still recommend to everyone. The location is convenient, just few minutes walk there is airport bus and near the metro station. The room is clean, the building has elevator and laundry at the ground floor, also you may keep the luggage. Excellent!

너무 청결하고 위치도 좋고 무엇보다 테라스에서 바다 뷰 보며 즐길 수 있어서 힐링하고 왔습니다!! 다음에 또 영종도 구읍뱃터 쪽 가게 되면 다시 방문할게요!!

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

As a first-timer in Seoul, I found this little getaway perfect! The location was ideal for all our excursions, with the metro and multiple bus lines nearby. We felt very comfortable with the elevator being key-card access only and there being a door person. The apartment was amazing for our week's stay, with ample room to relax, plenty of storage and closet space, great water pressure, and a washer and dryer included. Highly recommend!

The space is just right. Location is good too, very near subway. We were pleasantly surprised with the basket of goodies. We ate, drink and watch Netflix on that mobile TV. That was how comfortable we were.

We love the apartment beautiful design & useful spaces, with comfortable interior. Near by all the place we need. Extremely lovely place to stay ❤️❤️❤️🥰🙏

普段はレビューなどしないタイプなのですが 初めてのエアビーでこちらを予約して本当によかったです！ 赤ちゃんを含めた7人での旅行で不安でしたが 部屋がとても快適で家族に喜んでもらえて良かったです！ そして何より、チキンをテイクアウトする予定が設定が出来なくて困っていたところ 代わりに頼んでいただきました！ 本当に丁寧で優しく助かりました！！ ドラマで見るような素敵な屋上テラスで家族で食べて素敵な思い出になりました！ またソウルに滞在する際はまた利用させていただきたいです！ ベッドもバスルームもキッチンもテラスも全て綺麗で写真通りです！ バス停も近いですし、駅も近いので便利です！ 本当にありがとうございました！！！

Soluna is a great host! She was always very attentive and flexible with our check-in and check-out schedule. We loved the place and the beds, they are really comfortable and the kitchen utensils seem to be quite new and very nice. The neighborhood is really great with tons of cafes and restaurants around, many nice walkable streets as well. I would definitely come back!

단연 최고 입니다! 체크인 전 : 호스트님의 명확한 소통이 참 좋았습니다. 동시에 친절한이 묻어나서 감사했습니다. 또한 문의 사항에 늘 신속히 답변 주셔서 좋았습니다. 눈이와서 사전 제설작업도 꼼꼼히 해 주셨어요. 체크인 후: 실내 실외 마당 그리고 자연경관까지, 흠 잡을 곳이 없이 완벽했습니다. 실내는 유럽풍의 인테리어와 나무향이 가득했고, 심플하면서도 동시에 필요한 것들은 모두 갖추고 있었습니다. 눈이 많이 와서 마당을 이용할 수 는 없었으나 오히려, 눈 덮힌 마당과 정면에 보이는 산들은 마치 스위스 혹은 북해도에 온 것마냥 좋았습니다. 특히 인상깊었던 것은 실내에서 모닥불을 피울 수 있는 화로가 있었던 것인데, 분위기도 좋고 따뜻했습니다. 체크인 후: 마찬가지로 제설작업해 주시어 안전하게 귀가했습니다. 그리고 저희가 아이 장남감을 하나 두고 왔는데 찾으신 후 택배로 보내주실 수 있다고 하시어 특별히 감사했습니다. 국내에서 (서울 근교에서) 이 정도의 자연과 품격있는 시설은 찾기 어려울 것 같고 저희들도 다음번에는 봄 혹은 여름에 한번 더 방문하려고 합니다 (그 땐 수영장도 이용할 수 있겠네요^^) 호스트님 감사하며 올해 웃음과 건강 가득하세요

Jenna was absolutely fantastic and the Airbnb was exactly what I was looking for! Our group had such a great time! The place is in such a great location and every bedroom has its own bathroom! Jenna was super responsive if we had any questions or concerns. She made our visit so easy and concern-free! If you're bringing a group to Seoul, this is the place to stay!

월미도에서 저녁 먹고 안전하게 귀가하기 좋은 숙소입니다! 화장실과 주방이 정말 깨끗해서 만족스럽게 이용했습니다 :)

📌ห้องนอน3ห้อง ผ้าห่มดี ที่นอนสบายดีแต่หมอนสูงและค่อนข้างแข็งทุกใบ เราเลยใช้หมอนนอนไม่ได้เลย 📌ห้องน้ำ2ห้อง มีห้องอาบน้ำกับอ่างล้างหน้าทั้ง2ห้อง แต่มีชักโครกห้องเดียว(ชักโครกดีมากที่มีปุ่มกดล้างอัตโนมัติ) และชอบมากที่มีฉากกั้นอาบน้ำ สบู่ แชมพูครีมนวดครบ 📌ห้องครัวมีตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ กาต้มน้ำร้อน จานช้อนมีด มีโต๊ะเล็ก เก้าอี้2ตัว และทีวีที่ดูnetflixได้ 📌ไม่มีห้องนั่งเล่นที่มีโซฟา 📌มีระเบียงที่มีโต๊ะยาว เก้าอี้ยาวนั่งเล่นนั่งทานอาหารได้ 📌มีเครื่องซักอบผ้า มึผงซักฟอกให้ 📌ตอนเดินจากสถานีhongik ออกทางออก7มาถึงบ้านใช้เวลาประมาณ10นาที ไม่มีขึ้นเขาแต่มีบันไดนิดหน่อย 📌ตอนเข้าบ้านแบกกระเป๋าจากหน้าบ้านขึ้นบ้านบันไดประมาณ10ขั้น พอเข้าประตูบ้าน ต้องขึ้นชั้น2บันไดค่อนข้างแคบอีกประมาณ10-12ขั้น 📌จากบ้านเดินไปซ้ายขวาได้หมด ทะลุได้หลายทาง ร้านขายของ ร้านอาหาร ร้านขนมเยอะดี เดินสนุก สะดวกมาก 📌เจ้าของบ้านมีลิ้งค์แนะนำร้านอาหาร ร้านยาให้ครบ และวันกลับเจ้าของใจดีให้ฝากของไว้ที่สวนหน้าบ้านได้(เราขอฝากถึง2pm.) 💜💜ครอบครัวเรามา5คน พ่อแม่ลูกวัยรุ่น3คน พักทั้งหมด7คืน โดยรวมครอบครัวเราทุกคนชอบที่นี่ อยู่แ

입실 전부터 너무나 친절하게 안내 해주시고 기구류 사용도 불편함이 없게 잘 안내 해주셨습니다. 전문 펜션업체가 아니라 청결 부분이 제일 걱정 되었는데 말그대로 먼지 한톨 없이 관리하시는 모습에 감탄했습니다. 기회가 되면 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
