The place combines its history with all the modern amenities, creating a cozy and special atmosphere. But the best part was undoubtedly the hosts: attentive, friendly and always willing to help. An unforgettable place I'll definitely be back to!

The house is very cozy, the landscapes, the tranquility, everything was great. You have to go by car to go shopping, but you get to a big town in 10 minutes. There's everything. We went with our dog, who had an amazing time. We all enjoyed it. The house has a fountain that is beautiful. There are animals (cows, goats and sheep) that are used to people in the surrounding fields and a kitten in the house that is super affectionate. We enjoyed it very much and would love to repeat.

A 5-minute walk to downtown. It has a terrace with a pool that in summer must be wonderful.

Staying at Jesus and his family's house was a real treat. From the moment we arrived and were given directions, we were treated like family. With the kindness and good work of a Galician family, with local recommendations, and even some affection on their part to enjoy dinner. Attention to detail, friendly and kind service, you can't ask for more. The adjacent space with the dining room, barbecue, garden and kitchen is excellent. I would appreciate better insulation in the dining room ceiling area, for the cold nights of Galicia. Regarding the house's facilities, being a group of 7 friends, the different rooms, having heating available, several kitchens and bathrooms, made this weekend easier. While it is true that you can see that the house is still in the process of renovation due to its outdated furniture. It's a small inconvenience, which doesn't make it impossible to enjoy the house. We'll be back! Thank you Jesus!

We stayed in this little house for a weekend for a nearby wedding and the experience was excellent. From the first moment, communication with Raquel was very pleasant, and her aunt Rosa — who welcomed us in person — was charming. The accommodation was just as described in the listing: very well furnished, clean and cozy. The pellet stove heats the house super fast, which was a plus. Although a living room as such is somewhat lacking, the environment more than makes up for it: the village is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, ideal for taking walks and disconnecting. In addition, there are some very affectionate and playful dogs that come to greet you and make the stay even more special. The area is very quiet and perfect for a getaway. We would definitely come back another time to enjoy everything the place has to offer with more peace and quiet. Thank you for everything!

This is a fantastic house in my favorite park in Portugal! It is super clean and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and I prepared all my meals there. Luis gifted a bottle of delicious wine and had fresh bread delivered every morning. Go to Alvao Park and stay here. Highly recommended!

Manuel was very kind and attentive. The house is perfect to spend a few days and enjoy Ourense and the thermal baths. Very close to those of Outariz. The area was very quiet. The house is very nice, spacious rooms with bathroom, comfortable mattresses. Kitchen- large living room with exit to a small garden. Our stay was on very cold days, and the house with the heating was perfect. It also has a garage for a medium car. In short, to be repeated. Thank you for everything, Manuel.

It was a very pleasant stay, I went with my family and we had a great time, the super cozy house with large garden and pool, everything was very good and Ana belen was always very attentive to us and to help us with what we needed. Hope to come back in the future Thank you very much for everything

Spectacular house with several rooms and lots of activities to do, incredible grill and pool area and plenty of sleeping space.

The Lagar is a place to disconnect and enjoy the environment and tranquility. It's a little cottage that has everything we need. With the fireplace it does not go cold, although you do have to be aware because when it turns off the temperature is quite low, and if you go upstairs it is very hot. We hope to be able to return in summer to enjoy the patio (beautiful) and the pool. The environment is wonderful and Carmen has been very friendly from the start. Perhaps in winter the price could be revised, not being able to enjoy the attraction of the patio, and although the area is very nice, the price is comparable to "trendy" destinations, where you access all kinds of services. We were able to bring our puppy with a surcharge of €10.

We reserved the space to spend the New Year's Eve between friends, and we took two dogs. The area is beautiful and the reception was wonderful. Cristiana and her family treated us well, and made a point of leaving us at ease, having always been available to help with whatever was needed. The days were cold, but they left us a lot of firewood, which allowed the house to be always warm. On the eve of the New Year's Eve they left us more wine and a freshly made cake. The house was super clean and had everything that was needed. We were very eager to return, thank you for everything!

We loved the villa and its surroundings and Angela and Mario couldn’t have been more helpful. It is a short car journey into Mirandela where there are some great restaurants - recommended by our host. They were terrific value as well compared to restaurant prices in Porto! Unfortunately I picked up a head cold in Porto and had little energy to explore the local tracks. It’s a great place to stay with easy access to Tua Natural Parc and the Douro Valley, I would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

We had a really lovely family break at the house this summer. A cosy home from home, the house is steeped in history but has had sympathetic work done to it, to modernise in parts. The outdoor area was a real hit for us, it’s massive, so plenty of space to hang in the sun, eat meals in the shade & our kids absolutely loved the pool. It was also beautifully lit at night, so we made the most of the warm evenings to sit out there & take in the peace & quiet. A huge thanks to Nieves the owner, who is undoubtedly one of the nicest owners on Airbnb. We hope to be back one day!

Very beautiful environment for quiet family lounging, functional accommodation, incredible views, very pleasant, peaceful and charming little village. We would definitely recommend Quinta do Tapadinho! Very nice hikes to do around, but forget the bike, it's very steep! The baker even comes to your home in the morning;) Perfecto 👍🏽

The cabin was perfect, all kinds of detail, clean and inviting. We left the heating on to make our arrival more satisfying. He was aware of any issues that may arise. He left us a book with recommendations which was great! In addition to the detail of a box of chocolates on the bed. The place is wonderful and the views are a luxury. We took advantage and took a walk with the bikes provided. I'm definitely going to repeat. 100% recommended.

The house is located in a beautiful village in an amazing area. Débora has been very friendly and attentive. The kitchen was fully equipped. We've been really comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to repeat.

Manoli was a lovely host. Friendly, welcoming and very helpful with advice and recommendations. The house is charming and spacious. There's a nice heater for cool evenings and a lovely balcony for morning coffee and to enjoy a quiet afternoon. A (steep) walk up the hill brings you to a cafe, small grocery shop and, a bit further along, a pharmacy. The capital city of Ourense is a short car ride away. Thank you for everything, Manoli! Henrique’s place is as unique and special as it gets. We went there to see the Festa dos Rapazes in nearby Ousilhao for Christmas, which was fantastic, but Mosteirinho, Henrique’s magical oasis in the mountains is a destination all its own.
