Every thing was exactly as described. Clean and tidy.

The apartment is very clean, warm and cozy. We had a lot of peace and privacy here. There is no problem with parking under the house - there is a lot of space to park your car just a few meters from the front door. Very good communication with the host!

Super apartment, well-thought-out amenities, everything you need, in the center of Altenburg, yet quiet, small terrace, coffee was provided, everything very clean, nice reception. We had a wonderful stay! The house is very nice and the location is excellent. The house is located at almost 900 meters above sea level and offers a fantastic, unobstructed view down into the valley to Karlovy Vary. Great hiking trails start directly from the house – we were on beautiful tours and hardly met any other people, even though it was Easter vacation. The tranquility here is truly unique and there is plenty of space. There is probably a little more going on in the summer and winter. You can take great nature excursions or explore the small towns and old mine mines in the area. Karlovy Vary is also not far away and definitely worth a visit. There is generally a lot to discover in the area. Communication with Barbora was always friendly, quick and helpful. She made a great effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is cozy, well equipped and perfect for those looking for nature and tranquility.

I booked this wonderful house for me and my friends. There were three of us and we were all perfectly accommodated. The house looks very attractive, clean and fully corresponds to what is shown in the photo. The territory is quite spacious, everywhere is neat and beautiful. Both in the house and in the courtyard, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It was very nice to receive compliments from the host in the form of fruits, sweets, chips of beer. The house even had avenues with food delivery and a list of places to visit nearby. This is really very attentive to guests. Separately, I want to note the host! The most hospitable host I know. For those who read the review, it will be important to learn that Patrick can even make a grill at the request of guests. And it's delicious and generous. It's quiet around, nothing prevents you from sleeping and relaxing. And at night, sitting on the swing in the yard, you can see all the stars. I really enjoyed my visit to this house. It was hospitable and cozy, like at home. I will definitely come back again and recommend to everyone:)

The apartment is quiet yet centrally located. We visited the European Capital of Culture 2025. Many exhibitions and events can be easily reached on foot or by public transport.

Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! The hostess was very friendly and the check-in / check-out was quick and above all uncomplicated. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house offers an absolute wellness feeling with sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace and Co. The house and outdoor area are beautifully decorated, so you immediately feel at home. Everything (beds, bathrooms, etc.) was very hygienic and clean. Our romantic getaway was fantastic and the place is highly recommended! Glad to come back!

A beautiful place. The cottage is small but completely sufficient for two persons. It has everything you need. The fireplace is just great. I'd love to come back!

The property is an excellent starting point for visiting the surrounding towns in addition to the Sachsenring; Zwickau, Chemnitz, etc. In the area from the baker, shopping, etc. to the restaurant, everything can be found sufficiently. The house itself has a cozy feel-good atmosphere and everything is available and in order, it also has a pleasant size for a stay of up to 5 people. Although there were only three of us on our first visit, two more people would also have found enough space, both on the sofa and at the dining table or in the bedrooms. In addition to the toilet in the bathroom, the extra toilet is also good. The bedrooms are good and with sufficient storage and storage options, so enough space for all things, furnished, there were also desks in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. If back in the area, then back with Sylvia. Everything is great! :-)))

We had a super nice time in the colorful chaos in the countryside: incredibly beautiful nature, wonderful silence and a wonderfully cozy cottage. So, so beautiful, we will be happy to come back!

We vacationed as a family with 5 people in this great cottage. Everyone felt right at home. The house is first class equipped and is fully recommended on our part.

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! Very nice, sparkling clean apartment, very cozy. There is absolutely nothing missing, really everything you could need is available. Suggestions for activities have been compiled in abundance. Nadine welcomed us in a very friendly way and the contact with her was extremely pleasant, uncomplicated and fast. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk to the train station, the old town is also within walking distance. A good Italian restaurant is around the corner, the shopping mall is a 3-minute walk away. All in all 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommended. Thanks to Nadine!

The apartment was great, great beds and equipped with everything you might need and as it can be seen in the photos and it is very central. Only the house is in a very need of renovation. Craftsmen turned off the water on the second day without notice and there was construction noise, even on Good Friday. After I let the craftsman know, we also had water again. Jan gave us nice tips for the stay and there were a few small sweets as a welcome. I found the towel set a little sparing, but not really a shortcoming for us. We would book the apartment again! We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is super equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also thought it was great that Netflix was available on both smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema is a spa town and a spa tax is charged. However, this was not high and of course must be paid by every vacation rental owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

The apartment is really very nice, everything was clean and you didn't miss anything, starting with coffee and spices, to very soft bedding to shower bath. We as a family thought it was great that the apartment had 2 bathrooms! The contact with Georgina was very good, she responded quickly to messages, the check-in went smoothly. Some small flaws: in the 2nd bedroom it was not dark enough (bath window was to blame), depending on how sensitive you are, you wake up earlier. Also, an old building apartment is always a bit noisy, but we quickly got used to that.

We were received very kindly by grit. The host was not there at the time of arrival, but the key handover was very easy with a key safe. There was also a corresponding good explanation of where to find it. We were very happy with the place. The roof terrace is great and really huge.

A very nice stay, in a very nice place to stay! Surroundings are wonderful on foot. In the vicinity, there is a raised moor area with a very romantic wooden jetty. Restaurants and a small shopping are within walking distance, very easy to reach. Only small things are missing for an absolute top review. Overall, you can feel very comfortable on this property.
