Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Schulzendorf

FANTASTIC apartment with wonderful host! Our family of six comfortably stayed. Easy 10-15 minute walk to many attractions. S Bahn stop within a few minutes walk to further destinations. Lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. HUGE living room - dining room made family gatherings in the evening fun. Spotless bathroom etc. Incredibly quiet and we all slept great. Felt super safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommend and perfect for a family.

We had a fabulous stay at Cornelius’ place as a family of four with two young (ish) children. Cornelius was very responsive and friendly from the moment we booked until we checked out, giving us flexibility on check in and check out to accommodate our flights. The apartment itself was amazing, spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the balcony with incredible views across the city. It was an easy walk to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks. We will most definitely be back.

As a super host myself, I have high expectations for an Airbnb. This apartment exceeded all. It’s very spacious, and the kitchen is outfitted with everything you need and more to self cater. The apartment is very quiet and off the street. As other reviewers have mentioned the outside door into the courtyard is heavy but easy once you are accustomed. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to my coworkers also visiting Berlin office.

Loved staying at Heike's apartment - it's very nice, clean, and close to a very accessible train station, grocery store, and restaurants. Communication with Heike was fast and clear and the check-in and check-out process was simple and painless. This apartment was perfect for my trip as I was working remotely during the day and going out nights and weekends. Just FYI, it's in a more quiet place in Berlin so if you're looking for more of a nightlife scene, would suggest staying closer to the center of the city. El alojamiento en lo de Anja y Dennis fue excelente, Denis fue muy amable y estuvo siempre presente, solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento por la muy buena estadía que tuvimos. Dejamos el coche en la cochera de la casa y nos manejamos en tren a Berlin, la estación esta 15 minutos a pie. También hay parking gratuito en la estación donde se puede dejar el auto para tomar el tren. La casa esta en un semisubsuelo, pero es muy cómoda y tiene todos los servicios.

Die Wohnung von Alexander ist super ruhig gelegen und man hat direkten Zugang zum See . Einfach ideal zum abschalten . In der Wohnung ist alles verfügbar und man hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche . Die Smart Home Funktion hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen und Alexander war stets schnell erreichbar. Danke dir 🙏

The apartment was very nice. The host was superb. If you’d like to park a car, there is a parking spot nearby, which is cheaper than to park on the meter. Apartment has everything you need.

Eine schöne Wohnung, die sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Über eine nahegelegene Straßenbahnhaltestelle kommt man schnell in das Berliner Nahverkehrsnetz.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Thomas was great, the house was in the perfect location for us given we needed to be close to family, and the house itself was very nice. There were a couple of issues that arose and Thomas, our host resolved them immediately. Super nice man, would definitely stay at his home again!

In unserem Kurzurlaub mit den Kindern hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, konnten uns auch mal aus dem Weg gehen und haben die Zeit entspannt und genossen. Der schöne grüne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als vollständig. Vom Haus aus hatten wir viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Really responsive host, lovely place and vibrant location Check in at 6pm is quite late but was able to check in earlier at 4pm after talking to the host No complaints would highly recommend

Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Haus mit einem charmanten Gastgeber, traumhaft schöner Garten!

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung von Susnne und René geschäftlich für einen Mitarbeiter gebucht. Mein Kollege hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön sauber und ordentlich und auch der Check-In klappte einwandfrei. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mein Kollege konnte sich gut selbst verpflegen. Gern buche ich wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Erik war super nett und hat alles versucht, um uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie nur irgendwie möglich zu machen - von Ausflugstipps über Babyausstattung bis hin zur Verpflegungsausstattung in der super sauberen Unterkunft war alles mehr als perfekt! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! 😊

Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Great stay! The area was very walkable. Theres a beautiful park, shops, and things to do right around the corner.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Mirco’s lovely Airbnb. He was so friendly and accommodating and made sure we knew how everything worked upon arrival. He even provided shopping bags for the local Aldi! The flat was spotless and nicely decorated. We couldn’t have asked for more!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. We had a wonderful stay- loved the natural light in the studio. Everything was as expected and then some. We found a great restaurant around the corner, Ewig Feund, that we went to every morning for coffee and breakfast, and a bar near by, Höschen, that served delicious cocktails. Both had impeccable service. If you want to stay in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by pleasant people Andreas place is where you want to be.
