Old building in Leipzig South

The apartment is super centrally located, very bright and yet quiet, as the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony go out to the back to the yard. There is a bedroom, a sleeping coach in the study and a guest mattress. Smoking can only be done on the balcony, unfortunately animals are not accepted. Towels and bedding are on site, basic foodstuffs can be found in the pantry. I look forward to every guest.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows feature horizontal blinds, allowing natural light to filter through. A view of the outdoor terrace is visible beyond the glass, with a glimpse of clear blue skies and distant structures. The wood floor adds warmth to the area.

We have lots of space in our house. On the first floor are 2 large guest rooms with cozy double beds and a small single room overlooking the garden and yard, a large living room and a small kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Our house is right on the Elbe bike path on the outskirts of Magdeburg in the Westerhüsen district. WiFi is of course also available.
