We had a great time with the family in this charming townhouse. The location was perfect, quiet, while still close to the subway station, restaurants and convenience stores. The house is totally atypical, spacious and very bright, which helped make our stay very pleasant. Everything was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. The big surprise is that we were able to park our vehicle in the house with direct access to the kitchen, which was very convenient. The terrace with its small pool is superb. We had all our breakfasts there with an incredible jasmine smell. A big thank you to Paula, Victor and Paula's dad for their warm welcome and kindness. Paula was very flexible with our arrival times, which allowed us to better organize our stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful place.

Everything has been spotless, from arrival to departure. They adapted to our needs, the house is beautiful and super cared for, all the details. You can tell they care a lot because the guests are at home...or better!!! The environment is very quiet and beautiful, there are walks from the house easy and with a lot of charm. The village is 4 minutes drive. You can't wait to be back.

the accommodation matched the description and our expectations. We really appreciated the air conditioning and especially the terrace for eating in the evening. The accommodation is close to Barcelona, the Montmeló circuit and the sea. the neighborhood is quiet. access and parking are a little complicated but with GPS or Waze and patience everything is very easy. Lidia is a very nice and friendly host with whom we were able to communicate even though we don't speak Spanish. We had a lovely stay for 3 nights and would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! It’s hard to write a review for what the experience actually is…….just go see for yourself. ❤️

The accommodation was neat and equipped with supplies. Hostess and host are super. Nice beds. fixed bed some hard mattress. felt like back in time.

The apartment was so comfy, looked exactly like the photos clean and cozy, the location was perfect, in the Heart of the town and Laia was an amazing host, very attentive and responsive. I will stay again here.

We had a wonderful stay at La Perla. Traveling with a baby is not always easy, but Samir has made this first family stay exceptional. The house is located in the middle of nature and it is perfect to recharge and rest. We highly recommend and hope to be able to return to La PARLA as soon as possible!

What a beautiful place—full of history and so much to do. Laia and her family were incredibly attentive, and I absolutely loved the concept. The rooms were comfortable and just right. My family and I really enjoyed the surroundings as well. The only downside (and not about the place itself!) is that we wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be coming back. Honestly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever been—and I grew up not far from Santa Eulalia :)

Perfect house to stay in these summer days in Barcelona. They're lovely guys and they understand everything perfectly. If we return to Barcelona, there is no doubt that we will stay here again. 10/10

Great host, full of helpful suggestions and very responsive.

Great apartment directly across the road from the beach at the quieter end of Castelldefels. We thought it was lovely and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The small utility room. was very useful for drying beach towels and costumes and our kids liked the small buckets and spades and made good use of them at the beach.

We spent 4 nights at Nicki's and everything was perfect. The house is very quiet and the view from the garden (and even from the bed) on the mountain is beautiful. Everything in the house is well thought out and generous and the bed very comfortable. We slept with the kings. In addition, communication with Nicki was easy and fast. When we left we felt like we were leaving a new friend. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Rolf’s place. From the moment we arrived, Rolf made us feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond by giving us a proper tour of the surrounding area, sharing local insights and hidden gems we never would’ve found on our own. His hospitality was truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment feel like a postcard. Whether we were relaxing with a morning coffee or watching the sunset, the scenery was absolutely unforgettable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The photos are 100% accurate. But the photos don’t do it justice to the vibe, the neighborhood, and the lovely sounds of the swallows that fly overhead. We slept with our door open to the roof patio every night and it was lovely! We walked everywhere from this apt- through the narrow streets of Gothic quarter, around the Born Neighborhood, along the Ramblas and even up to Gaudi’s “Casa Batlló”. It’s In a wonderful location and accessible to anywhere from the nearby metro station. If you want to feel like a local, I would highly recommend this apt.

We had a fantatsic time in Barcelona and loved our stay at Gerards place. The apartment was even more spacious than we had expected, it was super clean and well equipment for all our needs. The location was great - just in the middle of everything, if you like walking around! Tons of nice restaurants are around the corner and Gerard had good local recommendations for us. He was a super friendly host, very quick in answering all our questions and most flexible with check in and check out. We would come back here anytime!

The apartment was excellent, more than enough space for the three of us. Great location, always taxis and busses going by. A little bit away from the more touristy places but that was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in an incredible location, next door to Casa Batllo! Though a busy street way below, the apartment was a quiet and peaceful retreat, in a very secure building. Luis was so communicative and flexible, and the concierge, Thomas, gave us great recommendations and was super friendly. The restaurants they suggested were fantastic and really close. The apartment had all sorts of thoughtful extras, including snacks, juice, milk and a gorgeous selection of fresh fruit. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this place.

We had a great time whilst staying here, the apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed. It was very clean. The sofabed was full size and comfortable. it was also handy there was two sets of keys.

Antonio hosted us beautifully! Great person, kind, versatile, colourful! Location of his place is awesome. Easy access to key parts of Barcelona. Overall we felt comfy. Only thing is since the flat is old, infrastructure was at times non-modern. Not a big negative. The stay was worth the money for sure. Highly recommend this place!
