Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Saraphi District

First off this was our favorite house out of all the places we stayed in Thailand! Beautiful gated community close to the airport and walking distance to a super market. The house was clean and had all the amenities. Four bed four bath,snacks in the kitchen, and the owner gave great recommendations on restaurants. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Bill was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. He was thoughtful and helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He had water and extra supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc which was really helpful, especially being out of town. There was a gym, which Bill recommended, within walking distance too. We were a group of 9 who stayed for nearly 3 weeks and we were very comfortable- the house is spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we sometimes had was we had to wait a bit longer find grab. I would suggest using grab for getting home from town as songtau drivers/ taxis outside of grab had trouble finding the location. Using the ‘plus code’ on google maps was the most accurate for finding the accomodation. The community the house is in was lovely, the neighbours were friendly and would stop for a chat or to drop off some fruit etc. FYI; You have to pay for power, for us it cost us an average of an extra 255baht per night.

湄平河畔的奢华春节：清迈别墅的难忘之旅 2025年的春节，我与18位亲朋一同奔赴清迈，在Tina的别墅里，共度了为期10天的梦幻假期。这座隐匿于湄平河畔的别墅，就像尘世之外的桃源，静谧又美好，我们刚一踏入，便沉醉其中。 这是一处位于湄平河畔的住所，包含一座四个房间的独栋别墅和三个独立的泳池房间，有健身房、瑜伽台和影音室，有独立的茶屋和家族陈列室，巨大的餐厅和客厅，宽敞明亮，轻松容纳16 - 18人围坐。大家围坐在一起，品尝美食，分享旅途见闻。院子里，泳池波光粼粼，旁边的步道与餐桌独具风情，午后时分，坐在餐桌边，微风拂面，看泳池里光影摇曳，惬意之感油然而生。 别墅的七个房间风格各异，却都弥漫着浓郁的东亚文化韵味。房间内，中国书法笔锋凌厉，日本版画笔触细腻，泰国雕刻佛像神韵十足，主人精心搜罗了各类珍品，每一件都为房间增添了独特的艺术魅力。别墅的木质主体结构历经岁月洗礼，却依旧维护得相当完好，众多陈设高贵典雅、精美绝伦，每一件都是不可多得的艺术瑰宝。毫不夸张地说，这里更像是一座家族博物馆或是艺术馆，“豪华别墅”的美誉名副其实。 别墅的服务团队配得上奢华的别墅。Jane团队由一位贴心管家、一位厨艺精湛的主厨、两名勤快的服务人员以及两名技艺娴熟的园艺师组成。他们事无巨细，全方位负责我们的三餐与起居。主厨精心烹制的泰餐，口味堪称一绝，完全能与当地米其林餐厅的菜品相媲美，我们一行人，尤其是长辈们，对这些美食赞不绝口。两名服务人员做事认真负责，无论我们提出什么需求，他们都有求必应，甚至还帮团队里的一位成员清洗了跑完步后沾满污渍的球鞋，着实令人感动。管家Jane是我们与服务团队沟通的桥梁，她不仅为我们提供当地出行建议、购物指南，还耐心指导我们如何应对就医用药等生活琐事。特别贴心的是，她还为我们准备了当地特色食材，与我们分享清迈的风土人情，让我们的旅途增添了许多趣味。 清迈，是一个充满惊喜的小城。它隐匿而精致，有别具一格的小店，那些细微的情趣与爱好，都需要我们放慢脚步、细细发现。旅途中偶然邂逅的稻田咖啡，只需消磨大半天的时光，便能让人沉醉其中；几个mini集市，充满了人间烟火气，热闹氛围丝毫不输那些刻意营造的商业化大集；坐在清迈农学院的Blue咖啡店内，望着窗外的玉米田与波斯菊园，时光仿佛都变慢。清迈，是一座大城，近有素贴山，远有因他农山，恰帕观景台与僧侣观景台能将清迈全貌尽收眼底。

Za is one of the most helpful host ever!! She introduced a lot of local activities and spots to visit, and also helped us to rent a car.

I have wonderful stay, host was flexible and great daily cleaners. This place is at great location.

这次来清迈住的这家民宿整体体验很好。房间空间很大，现代风格很有质感，住起来非常舒服，适合喜欢安静和有设计感的人。 泳池是亮点之一，面积够大，水也干净。不管是白天晒太阳，还是晚上放松一下，都很惬意。 位置也很方便，离机场大概10分钟车程，去尚泰商场，古城和清迈大学也都很近。周边有很多餐厅，走路去 7-11 300 米，开车两分钟就能到Makro和Big C，买东西吃饭都挺方便的。 设施也很齐全，厨房、洗衣机、烤箱都有，适合住几天慢慢体验生活。 房东很友好，沟通顺畅，还给了不少本地的推荐，整体感觉很安心。

非常棒的一次住宿体验，房子很干净，也很安静，有住在森林里的感觉，周边生活便利，老板非常热情，清迈值得推荐的住宿地方！

I cannot easily say how amazing this stay was for our group of seven. The amenities and location were stunning. The host was so kind and took care of everything we possibly needed and even more so. They took such amazing care of us our entire trip. We will absolutely be back. Easy to get around with the location, but the villa was so amazing that we hardly wanted to leave. I can’t say enough how wonderful this location was and how excited we are to stay again on our next trip to Chiang Mai!

If you want to feel at peace in Chiang Mai, there is no better place than here. The house is spacious, and you can go around the garden and pool freely, and cute dog friends are always welcome. There is a distance in the city, but it doesn't matter if I ride a grab, and in my case, I had to take a taxi early in the morning, but Urs and lek kindly helped me. Both hosts are free to communicate in English and they always asked me about my condition and trip, just that I’m not good at speaking English! It was really good enough to visit for the second time, and I was really happy to make good memories with them again. Thank you so much, Urs and Lek! You're the best hosts❣️

Beautiful house, responsive and helpful host, friendly housekeeper

We had amazing 4 days in the villa. The check in is smooth. Always prompt reply from the team to our request. Welcome drinks and fresh flower in each room arranged by host. We are indulged by host’s incredible taste. Highly recommend if you come as family or a group of friends.

이 숙소에서 3일을 지냈습니다. 따뜻한 아침을 준비해주고,빨래도 해주시고. 언제나 우리에게 도움을 줬습니다. 그들은 웃으며 우리를 위해 일해줬고, 아이들도,안전하게 놀며 맛있는 아침을 즐겼습니다. 그리고 숙소는 엄청 깨끗하며 관리를 잘해주었습니다. 태국여행을 다니다보면 깨끗하지 못한 곳들이 많은데 이곳은 그런 걱정은 저리세요. 관리를 엄청 잘해주어서 깨끗하고, 안전하고. 너무 좋았습니다😍

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway from the city. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax in nature with comfort and convenience!

Een van de mooiste verblijven waar we deze vakantie zijn geweest. Het is wat aan de dure kant maar je krijgt echt 100% waar voor je geld want de ruimte is prachtig! Erg groot en onwijs vriendelijk personeel. Het bijbehorende restaurant is onwijs mooi en het uitzicht is ongekend mooi

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. I am eager to return as soon as possible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you so much 🥹🙏

Tolle Unterkunft!! Wir waren 2 Tage da und es hat super gefallen. Das Highlight war definitiv die Badewanne mit Sternenhimmel und das Schiebedach. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Jintana was extremely helpful and made our stay great! They even set up a projector screen in our cabin for us!
