The hosts are very attentive, simple and beautiful decor, full kitchen, bed and comfortable living room. A great option for those looking for comfort and tranquility to rest, together with nature (yes! There are still fireflies there). The backyard is fenced and safe for pets. The view is very beautiful with many birds and animals, not counting the night sky which is a star show. Very recommended!

The villa housed us during the carnival and served what we needed most: a cozy environment that would allow us to relax (and escape the big city) for a few days. Pedro gave us clear instructions on how to get to the house. We had a Polo car and it was quiet - just one day that it rained and left one of the most slippery climb, but it soon passed. We work 4 people remotely in the house for a day (with video calls) and wi-fi served us very well. The kitchen is well equipped, has all the utensils necessary for cooking (pans, cutlery, grating, sleepers…) and for everyday life (offering items such as salt, coffee, filter…). The bathroom was also equipped with toilet paper, soaps, first aid kit (which helped us a lot!), we love the care. The collection of LP's next to the glass is a special charm of the house, we love it! The view from the house to nature is beautiful, it looks like a painting. We felt at home and looking forward to return!

The cottage is perfect, clean, organized, clean and fragrant linens & towels, very nice view and surroundings, completely fenced, has all the necessary utensils to spend a few days and weeks even. Super smooth check-in, communication with Eleonora was great, attentive and polite. You've given all instructions needed. The chalet is 20 minutes from the center of Santo Antônio do Pinhal, the road is good and there is a very short stretch of dirt road only in the condominium area. And again, thank you for your hospitality, Eleonora!

Very nice place, with a great location and a beautiful view of the region. Ivan is a person of good, super attentive, proactive and of a simplicity that naturally pleases its guests. It was very nice days that we had in his home, ending with a caipira chicken prepared by Ivan to seal this great experience! See you soon!

Casita is exactly like in the pictures. The space is beautiful and nice decorated. The deck is super pleasant, with two mountain facing chairs and an excellent shower, perfect for the hot days of this summer. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen, super-equipped – we feel totally at home. If you seek a peaceful place that brings peace, you definitely need to know the casita. We had incredible days and we hope to come back many times to see the sunset on the deck. PS: We met the Brownie, a beautiful dog who visited us every day. Simpathic, friendly and a great companion!

The stay was excellent! The check-in and check-out were very flexible. We arrived at night very hungry, but we were greeted with a delicious stuffed bread! The view from the house is too beautiful... Very spacious and very peaceful. We saw a boar/pig, many birds, cows and on the road we saw a hare. We loved this immersion in nature! The only downside is that the house is very far from everything... We ended up not visiting many waterfalls, trails or restaurants because of the distance. In the end, this ensures privacy and relaxation, but it is something to think about.

The stay at the apartment was excellent. Exactly as shown in the photos, clean, organized and plenty of space to accommodate 8 adults. Well-equipped bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen with everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay. The place is just minutes from the center, within walking distance, which undoubtedly helped us a lot. Super recommended and I would come back other times.

Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

The house is very cozy, much better in person! Very well-equipped kitchen, complete house with warm and comfortable bed linens. Wonderful environment with lots of greenery, sound of waterfall. Gisele's service is impeccable! I would go back a thousand times, I want to live there! Doormen, well done! I loved everything!

We were in a family couple with 3 children with children of 12 years old... And the main purpose was to rest, and it was successfully completed, from the very quiet arrival the check-in, we were very welcome by the reception. When we arrived at the Ap, we had a stroller to carry the bags very conveniently, very spacious parking, the Ap was super clean and organized with everything we need. the location is very good, with the tranquility of the condominium and super close to the movement of the Capivari, we drove by car on account of the children, but would go about admiring the beautiful landscapes and taking many photos. We spent 2 wonderful days there, the children enjoyed the space. We had a super flexible check-out also. We thank the accommodation 9/10. and we would go back to sure.

The stay at Rubens' apartment exceeded my expectations, the place is even bigger and better than the photos. The location is good because it is easy to access the tourist attractions and there are shops nearby. Rubens is an excellent host, very kind and helpful. I recommend the stay.

It was an amazing time in this apartment (which I recommend), with great accommodations, good bed and bath linens, sensational hosts, super host and always available. They treated us wonderfully well; including great recommendations and quick responses (from check-in to check-out). There are good restaurants and markets nearby. We'll be back on other occasions!

Second time we've stayed here and we intend to return. The location is excellent, serves my family very well, is on the ground floor, has a view and access to a beautiful green area where we saw birds and a squirrel, and is close to Vila Capivari - we went many times on foot. Márcio, the caretaker, is very attentive and always available.

The place is sensational. I would stay for many more days. Felipe always quick in his responses. Very comfortable house, great showers, gourmet space that is delicious, huge heated pool and always empty. suggestion: put hangers with hangers in the rooms because of the coats that are difficult to arrange on the counter. I'll go back more often

Everything perfect at the listing. Hot water in the taps, super clean and comfortable apartment, close to bars and restaurants (walking distance), covered garage, etc. Thiago is always helpful, he responds promptly to messages. Helpful building porters. And of course, the city is amazing! If I have the opportunity to return to Campos do Jordão, I will stay here again.
