The apartment is a delight, very safe, comfortable beds, bedding and smelling towels, very good showers. Comporta very well 3 people, great location, close to Paulista and two metro stations. The bakery in front of the hotel is a wonder aside. Hotel offers paid breakfast and lunch apart. We feel very comfortable and hope to return soon.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tiago and Bruno's apartment: great location, beautiful place and some enjoyable amenities in the building! Totally worth it.

The apartment is located in a hotel, with super attentive and responsive staff, has parking and the hotel receptionist himself checks in, hands over the access cards to the elevators and also the key to the apartment. Extremely clean place and the next day they cleaned and tidied the apartment. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was excellent. Very well sanitized location, clean smell, everything organized, easy access, good breakfast (paid on site), kind and proactive hotel staff. Perfect location! Raquel is a wonderful host.

My stay at Walter's home was excellent! He was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay. The space is very comfortable, well maintained and with a privileged location, close to Ibirapuera Park. I'll definitely host again!

Great space and location. Nearby markets, bakeries, and restaurants. As well as the Underground. We stayed at 4 people as the listing allowed and it was comfortable. For sure a great option.

Quick walk to the metro, very close to Congonhas airport. Small supermarkets within walking distance as are restaurants and cafes. The unit is a privately-owned small apartment in a hotel. You have access to the hotel's amenities. Photos at the time of my stay reflected the unit exactly. Quiet, except for the occasional airplane (which is unavoidable given its proximity to the airport). Wifi is provided via the hotel, so be aware that it's not a personal (secure) network. Reasonably priced.

This is my home away from home in Sao Paulo. I can recommend it to anyone who wants a cozy place to stay with a marvellous view over the city, with a pool and gym for all guests and a good reception.

Excellent stay, everything as shown in the photos, excellent location, everything very close. The host helped us with everything, the only inconveniences were the building elevator, which is very slow, and the shower, which doesn't heat up very well, but I recommend it to everyone without a doubt

The stay was very good, we always received clear instructions from the host and the service from the receptionists and valets was very cordial. There is free valet parking, the bathtub is great, the kitchen equipment is new, the bedding is good and check-in was easy. We recommend it!

The apartment faces the beach, whoever goes, will be very well located (restaurants, market, etc)... although small, the space is more than enough for a couple with 1 child, everything is very clean, with air conditioning, hammock, kitchen with air fryer, and everything else, very complete! I intend to return

I stayed almost 1 month in the accommodation, I felt at home. Nice bed, warm shower, it had everything I needed to be comfortable. Impeccable location for me, I walked a lot in the area to go to and from my course. I didn't use the building's resources due to lack of time, so I can't talk about it. But I recommend it for those who need accommodation near BP and the region. And an extra is that it has a parking space included.
