Our accommodation was excellent! The house is comfortable, very good the location. Very pleasant environment with a lovely garden! My mother is special, she is in a wheelchair and we take a walk with her around because the neighborhood is very quiet. It is not everywhere that a special person has room, to walk a chair through the streets. The neighborhood's infrastructure is excellent. Mônica was very kind and attentive, and Lucélia welcomed us very well!

It was a pleasure to be in this place, even though it rained every day, we enjoyed the space that Vini provides: swimming pool, house, barbecue and the beach, when the weather was good. Vini is very helpful and proactive.

The site is exactly as stated in the listing description. All very clean and organized (House, garden and swimming pool). The fact that the house is inside a neighborhood with access control made us feel more comfortable about security. The beach is very close to the house and is very clean and quiet. Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

From the balcony you see the sea and we spend very pleasant moments there. The condominium staff are very attentive and because they have two umbrellas per apt, we are very comfortable. Also, the building has the amenities described in the listing. The location is excellent and you cross the street and are already on the beach. Mauricio detailed the guidelines well and the check inn was very easy. The host was also flexible in fulfilling a request from us, which was a big difference. The house was impeccably clean and organized, exactly as shown in the photos! Bigger than we thought. The house is close to the beach, allowing the children to go there at night to play volleyball on the beach. The house comes with all the necessary items for the beach, such as a chair, umbrella, small board, and for the kitchen/barbecue. The washing machine and dryer were working... too bad the machine. The dishwasher wasn't working, the Hostess said she'd see someone to fix it, but I don't think she could... we were left without it. But otherwise everything was great!

The host Guilherme super gentle and flexible, the apartment was extremely clean and like in the photos. It has many useful and proper utensils for the beach. The infrastructure of the condominium is top, the pool is very good. The view is wonderful, and the area is close to the beach, my mother didn't want to leave 🤣 We will definitely come back more often. 🙏💕

Wonderful accommodation, I felt at home, there was a problem with the pool (plaster fell because of a construction in the building, it was not a problem with the accommodation) and Daniel solved it in less than half an hour. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet condominium amidst preserved forest. It corresponds directly to the listing description, with all equipment and furniture in great condition. The beach is quiet, well attended, mostly by local people. The condominium offers umbrellas and chairs. The host Fabio was very attentive, helpful and proactive. We only had one problem with the air conditioning in one of the was promptly resolved by Fabio, having no impact on our stay. During the stay we were able to count on the support of the housekeeper who provided us with a great tidying and cleaning and cooking service.
