The apartment is very well equipped with everything a family could need and with great space. Very hot shower and faucets also with hot water. Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

The space is wonderfully cozy and comfortable. My family and I are very comfortable. The view is beautiful and we decided to return on another occasion.

This is the second time I've stayed at Carlos' apartment, I can say that it was another excellent weekend I spent with my family. We spent some wonderful days, knowing many interesting things. The apartment coincided with what was promised and was in a location a little far from the city center, which allowed a lot of tranquility.

Eduardo's place was absolutely fantastic! Everything and more than we expected. I booked his place for my family of 7 people to spend a couple of days to unwind after spending some time in the city and it did not disappoint. The place itself is stunning, incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a short and/or long stay. Plenty of linens, kitchenware, even rain boots for the whole family! The surroundings are breathtaking! To top it off, the hosts and couple that are available to help with the house if you want just make it all that much better! We were cared for extremely well by Eduardo and his team and could not recommend this place more. Definitely a place saved on our list to return to!

We had a great stay. The house is very comfortable and was very clean, everything was neatly arranged. The house has 3 very good bathrooms, with excellent showers. The location is very good, isolation to the right extent, without being far from the center, with great options for restaurants and nearby tours. I found the access very easy, I went with a Honda Fit and had no difficulty on the dirt road part. The deal with the owner was great, she always responded quickly, kindly and helpfully.

Our stay was wonderful! We felt at home! We loved having spent perfect days !! Three great en-suites with bedding and full bathroom. Everything very clean !! Enough utensils for the stay! Fireplace in perfect working order and barbecue area too !! We went as 3 couples and it exceeded our expectations.
