Claudio's accommodation is excellent, he is very friendly, always attentive, cordial and very talkative. Great restaurant recommendations. The accommodation is 100% as shown in the photos and the location is accurate. Everything was impeccable and very well furnished with everything you need for a short stay.

The location is excellent, very easy to find. There was an immediate response from the host and very easy check-in and check-out. The luxury apartment, all new, a very good internet service for people like me who travel constantly and work remotely. Surely I will repeat the stay.

The property is much more complete than what was posted. It has 3 very comfortable rooms with their own bathroom each. Yes there is hot water in all the bathrooms. It is located on the river bank of the Mindo which is in case a luxury. It's very quiet and safe. It's close to the butterfly and downtown Mindo. We loved it.

We had an unforgettable holiday, largely thanks to this beautiful house. It has everything you need to rest from the stress of the city and access all the activities that Mindo offers. Especially if it's a family plan with young children, it offers an unbeatable experience. Highly recommended.

A comfortable, safe, and centrally located place. Milena is attentive and helped us at all times, everything was clean and in order as a recommendation it would be good to place the curtain in the kitchen window for greater privacy and a little sugar and coffee for the view offered in the morning by the building. I recommend this place if you are looking for a place close to everything and with a 10/10 security and the jacuzzi makes your experience better
