Excellent place, extremely clean and well maintained! The host Gleice is simply a sweetheart! From the beginning of the reservation to the time of check-out, she was super helpful and attentive, helped us all the time and made herself available throughout the stay. We will definitely return more often!

We spent the weekend, my wife, our dog and me. We love all of Mel's space. The house is impeccable, cosy, comfortable (the decor is very beautiful!). We could let the dog loose because the place was surrounded. The pool was great too. We were very welcome, we were able to relax, rest and enjoy the time we spent there. I recommend it and we will definitely come back.

The house is excellent! I went with my husband and daughter and we were very well accommodated. It's all very clean, organized, the kitchen is super complete! It has a very good bathtub that made the stay even better. Edilena was an excellent host, always kind and concerned. The house is even better than shown in the photos! We will definitely stay there again!

We have had a wonderful experience in this accommodation. The place is simply surreal, a wonderful view. Cozy place, with an incredible energy that makes us feel at home from the first moment. The decor is full of charm and good taste, perfect to relax and enjoy every second. The hosts were super sweet, attentive and welcoming, which made everything even more special. We definitely recommend it and will be back. Wonderful little house, safe location and easy access. It is between Santo Antônio and Campos, you can go to both cities easily. The house is very cozy, everything is very organized and clean. Cibele is a kindness in person, she left everything very beautiful and with pampering to welcome us. Everything was perfect… thank you so much for the amazing weekend we had. 🥰❤️

An excellent and brand new house located in the middle of a beautiful verda area with lots of privacy and beautiful views. Very well equipped, with great kitchen and bedrooms. Silence and total tranquility to relax and rest. Great communication with the Marina until the end of the stay, always willing to help. Only point as a suggestion for improvement would be the placement of black out curtains in the rooms, as they are very clear in the morning.

Our stay at Silvio's was very good! The house is very cozy and pleasant to spend the day and night. There are great living spaces. Silvio was a great host and left everything organized and equipped.

I was with my family on the New Year, 15 people. Very good, spacious house, perfectly accommodated everyone. Very cozy. All equipped. Fabio is a great host. Super indico hiring diarista Jô, super pro-active and hands-on. Air conditioning in the rooms was a plus as it was very hot the days. Playroom already equipped for children. The condominium is very beautiful, super quiet. To improve I would indicate to have a modern barbecue or barbecue space because the house deserves. Of the rest, everything perfect. Voltaria for sure! :)

The space is impeccable! We want to go back again. The house is beautiful, spacious, with everything we need. The garden is perfect! It looks like something out of a painting. All well cared for. The external jacuzzi is delicious. The caretakers Priscila and Osmar are wonderful and very helpful. It is worth a visit!

The house is more beautiful than in the photos and is super well located for those who want to be close to everything and at the same time not give up tranquility! It's really worth it!

Excellent house in a very quiet place with easy access, and beautiful views of Serra de Mantiqueira. It's an ideal place to relax or spend a few days with friends or family. The house is as in the photos, everything is quite new, very spacious (more than it looks in the photos), and with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days or a longer period. The distance to Santo Antonio do Pinhal is also quite reasonable, allowing you to visit the restaurants and local shops during the day. Communication with Cida was also excellent, with quick responses and clear directions. I recommend Cida's house!

Chalé da Rosa is wonderful! Much more spacious than it looks in the photos, well equipped and super clean, it looked like no one had ever used the place, it was so tidy. 🤌 They left a treat and some flowers in a vase, I thought it was super sweet. The view is beautiful, there are 3 cottages on the property and you need to walk a few meters from the car to the door - which for us was zero inconvenience. We stayed 3 days and managed to cook what we had brought, but if you are going to stay longer days maybe the ideal is to go to the market more often, as there is only a minibar and two burners on the stove. The city is very close, so it shouldn't be a problem either 🙂 It's a wonderful place to relax, rest your mind and see nature, I 💖 recommend it and would definitely come back more often!

I already "dreamed" to visit the place for a long time and, as soon as there was the opportunity, I hugged! That's why I quoted the phrase! He dreamed of me and it was essential for the weekend I spent with my husband to be unforgettable. Roberto is the perfect host: he helped me, clarified all my doubts... He exceeded all my expectations; he welcomes the guest! Important to mention the helpfulness of Ramon, a homemade man who looks like an angel, always willing to help. The home exceeds all expectations. If you want to make nice, ask someone to marry or simply rest in the bush, that's your destination. Enjoy it!
