The apartment is spacious and very pleasant to stay in. Being a little distracted on this stay (or by nature), I had a little scare with keys that I thought were lost. It would have been unfortunate and frustrating. But I felt kindness and empathy from Anthony. Fortunately, I didn't have to bother him any more than that. But he would have done it in good spirits. Thank you very much! For a first stay in Bastia and Corsica, it added to the good vibes.

Great accommodation for Bastia and as a starting point to explore the island. Everything is easily accessible on foot, 10 min to the supermarket, 15 min to the sandy beach, 20 min to the city. Everything is available for a great stay and we felt completely comfortable from the first second: sensational view, good amenities, fast, helpful communication with Marie Noelle, quiet area... just great! Very clear recommendation 👍🏻

Marie's apartment is completely in line with the photos and description, the accommodation was very clean, very well-equipped and close to the charming port of Erbalunga Marie was very responsive for check-in and checkout instructions! Small downside on the noise of the neighborhood and the road behind the building that you can hear even if the apartment is on the sea side

Nice accommodation and location: gated residence, beach access, restaurants... on foot. A nice week of rest...I'll keep the address for a future visit ;)

We felt like we had landed in a little paradise. The accommodation with a spacious terrace is quite charming and the small gazebo overlooking the sea is the icing on the cake. Communication with Pascal was great and very fast. If we go to Corsica again, then definitely here again.😊

A well-equipped house and a beautiful garden. Very peaceful environment, 10 minutes walk to the center of Saint Florent. Pascale is very welcoming and responsive. Recommended without hesitation!

We had a fantastic stay, it was exactly what we wanted. Lauren was really helpful and responsive, and helped us with everything we needed. The place was well-equipped with everything we could have wanted and more. The beach and playground within minutes walk from our garden was just perfect, and so much space to ourselves to play! The kids (1 and 4) really enjoyed all of the things to do, the birds, lizards, cacti, and crabs. We enjoyed a BBQ every night we were there with great meat from the local shop a few minutes drive away. Can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back some day!

Emmanuel is super welcoming, René's mojito and his joie de vivre, the constant friendliness, the peaceful haven that is this very nice accommodation, the proximity to the sea and its fabulous sunsets. the kindness, the advice, the kindness, but it feels good to have all these real values that we can relate to! the magnificent Cap Corse, superb Saint Florent, Nonza, the Agriâtes! we have images in our heads... and fellow bikers, your ride is safe with Emmanuel, and that's important to us too! we will come back for longer because a week was far too short! Amazing place. We loved the view on the green hills of the Cap Corse every breakfast and dinner. The appartment is beautifully decorated. Gabrielle and her husband are very nice and easy to communicate with. Can only recommend!

Sandy's apartment is on the ground floor, so it is easy to reach from the parking lot (where there is always plenty of space to park). The location is easy to find and reach, despite the busy city of Bastia. Immediately upon arrival, after the warm welcome from Sandy, we felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, bright, modern and functionally furnished. Across the entire width is a balcony, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, with a magnificent view of the sea. The sound of the waves gives a 'zen' feeling and in the evening it is good to stay on the balcony. The location is a great base to discover Cap Corse and afterwards a resting point to relax again. Sandy was always immediately available and also gave us some tips about restaurants and other things. Nearby, less than 10 minutes away, you can walk via a beach road to the harbor of Toga where there are a number of bars and restaurants.

We felt very comfortable during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to recover well. The amenities of the place were impeccable. Items of daily use were all present. Particularly noteworthy is the nice contact with the owner Marie. She was very quick to respond to inquiries and was able to help us with any questions immediately. She also gave us valuable tips for things to do in the area. We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful modern and very well equipped apartment. The terrace(s) are fantastic with a great view and cozy garden furniture to relax. Not far from a beautiful beach. We highly recommend this place and thank Isabelle for the easy and quick communication.

The accommodation is very pleasant, clean, with a magical view, and very well-equipped. It is close to the city center 10 min walk, and close to a shopping center 5 min walk. There is a large garage in the basement, the residence is very new. This place is perfect for a stay on Île Rousse. The concierge service offers good activities and good restaurant addresses. I would recommend this place, we loved it.

Very nice apartment. Well located not far from Bastia, but far enough to be peaceful. It has everything you need. Small touches from Damien that were very much appreciated. Recommended.

Beautiful, spacious, tasteful and very clean. Quiet and close to the water as well as shopping, would prefer to have a car. Double bed a little small if you are a big man.
