El departamento bien ubicado, súper cómodo, quizás un poco de calor pero el aire acondicionado lo mejoró siempre. Súper recomendado.

We visited for 8 days in early April, to attend a professional conference and experience all the magic of and around Lima. It has been 17 years since we last visited, and we really enjoyed all the new restaurants, shopping, and museums! This property was located exactly where we wanted to be, and a great place to be near Miraflores and Barranco. The 24-hour doormen were all so very pleasant, and made getting into the property at any time a breeze. The apartment is beautiful, with a very comfortable master bedroom (perfect mattress, huge closet). Although we did not use the TV room or the upstairs bedroom (nice to have for families!), the upstairs patio is a true gem; we began every day up there -- stretching and enjoying a leisurely coffee. Just perfect. I highly recommend this apartment, particularly for families or two couples traveling together.

Amazing location with access to Barranco and Miraflores. The apartment is modern and chic with all necessary amenities and water views. We absolutely loved our stay and exploring Barranco area. Would highly recommend Alex’s listing for stay in Lima. Thank you 🙏

Muy buena estadía, el departamento estaba en óptimas condiciones, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa, buena comunicación y servicio. El sector es tranquilo pero no del todo bonito, sin embargo está ubicado en un buen lugar de Lima.

I only have great things to say about my stay here. Clean, quiet, and cozy. It really felt like home, and would definitely consider returning here in the future. Nice area as well. Highly recommended.

Olga nos recebeu muito bem, o check in foi rápido, sempre responde as dúvidas. Ela nos ofereceu limpeza durante a estadia. A cama é confortável, local limpo. O bairro é muito agradável, me senti segura caminhando pelo bairro, mercado e restaurantes próximos.

I liked staying at this place. It’s conveniently located, comfortable and quiet — not always the case in Barranco. The apartment is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the seawall. The staff at the front desk were very nice, and Rodrigo was a kind and responsive host.

El apartamento es espectacular está limpio está bien ubicado no tiene ruido y los anfitriones son muy pacientes muy buenos y colaborativo

¡Una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa! Desde el primer momento, todo fue impecable: la limpieza, la decoración, la ubicación… ¡simplemente perfecto! El lugar es aún más lindo que en las fotos y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Realmente superó nuestras expectativas y nos hizo sentir como en casa. El lugar es seguro, bonito, muy bien ubicado y el servicio de atención es inigualable. Sin duda alguna me volvería a hospedar allí.

Todo lo que se promociona es idéntico. El departamento es impecable. La picsina disponible sin mucha gente que te moleste, esta cerca a restaurantes y hay bastantes tiendas. Mi esposa habia olvidado su secadora de cabello pero por suerte habia una en el departamento haha. Igual si te piensas quedar, y piensas utilizar la picsina, preguntar si no esta en mantenimiento, porque antes de que me fuera quise volver a entrar a la piscina, pero se encontraba en mantenimiento, asi que tener cuidado.

The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony was the perfect addition to watch the para gliding & surfers in the Pacific, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Would definitely stay again when I’m back in Lima.
