Great space, new furnishings and lots of window light but at night you cannpull the double shades to ge the room pretty dark. Great location and communication.

Hugo was an amazing host. We had easy self check-in. Hugo went out of his way to accommodate our arrival and departure. The flat was spacious and private in a very quiet area. Bed is super comfy. The neighborhood was great and there was so much within walking distance.

This is the fourth faculty-led trip for gradiuate art students I have run, and we have stayed at Francisco's house each time. The house is lovely, and great for medium to large groups. Convenient to Chapultepec Park and its museums, it has been a perfect base from which to explore Mexico City.

Juan and his house were great and I had a very relaxing time.We hope to return soon!　 Juan's hospitality helped improve the quality of our stay in Mexico.

The place is very spacious and very comfortable, it has a parking drawer (that if you can't maneuver very well, the parking service does everything for you). Super easy to access, and being in front of the park, is ideal if you are bringing children or pets. The building has 24/7 security and they are very friendly. You have access to the pool and the gym, good spot there. Right next door you have a convenience store, and plenty of places to eat. If you have a chance to stay there, approve it.

Graciela is an incredible host, she was extremely responsive and checked in on us a couple of times throughout our stay via Airbnb chat to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. The actual listing is exactly as described, there is a security guard that patrols the building 24/7 which added an extra layer of sense of security. The location is walkable and there is tons to do in the surrounding areas. Mexico City is an incredible place to visit with so much to do and ubering around makes it easy (if not within walking distance of Airbnb). I am already planning my next trip back and without hesitation I would stay at Graciela's place again :)

An excellent place, there was privacy, it was clean, Laura was very kind, always attentive, the place highly recommended, my wife and I had a phenomenal weekend.

I wish I could give this Airbnb 10 stars. Not only is the apartment and the building absolutely stunning, Rafael is the best airbnb host ever. He was extremely communicative, thoughtful, and hospitable, and stocks the apartment with everything a traveler could possibly need. It’s in the perfect location in beautiful Condesa, walking distance from great bars, restaurants, and cafes, and extremely safe with multiple levels of security in a safe neighborhood. Our incredible trip to CDMX was made even more amazing by our airbnb experience, as it was a beautiful, comfortable, and safe place to come home to and relax in each day. My two friends and I loved lounging on the couch watching Netflix, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and even seeing the sunset from the gorgeous roof deck. I can’t wait for my next trip to CDMX so I can come back and stay here again! Thank you Rafael!
