Good value for money and an excellent location, one block from the center and two from the beach

We had a great week. The apartment has everything you are looking for, it is one block from the sea in the area of the pier which is quite quiet and without tumult. Both downtown San Bernardo and Mar de Ajó can be reached on foot, (between 5 and 10 minutes on foot). Maria Elena is an excellent host, there was almost no need to communicate but she was always at our disposal. Highly recommended stay!

Location center and return of the beach is ideal, apartment old but very spacious comfortable. We were with children everything ok. Recommended.

Very satisfied, the location is downtown and very close to the beach, I felt it was a safe, comfortable, clean place. Silvia and Andrea were very attentive.

Naty spectacular host, she cares that we have gas even though she said it was not included, we arrived on Sunday afternoon and she had placed the carafe for us so we wouldn't run out of gas. Everything was very clean and tidy, the apartment was comfortable and she had left us everything to get in as soon as we arrived. The sea in the beautiful area is the wide beaches according to the day's schedule and very nice weather

Leila has been an excellent host. I immediately answer all our queries, even let us extend our Check out to bathe before traveling. The apartment is very well distributed, has a large garage, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms with their showers, patio with grill and tenes for hanging clothes. The unbeatable location, you are one block from the beach and around the small center of Aguas Verdes that you have everything, self service , pharmacy , bakery, pizzeria, rotiseria. Aguas verde y costa del Este es bella, an incredible peace, very familiar, the clean beaches, and the super hospitable people. Thank you Leila we had an incredible few days of real rest. We'll be back soon.

The stay at Valeria's place was very good, good service from her, the rental was barely made. She messaged me to the wasap and we were always communicated. helped me with places to visit as I was going alone with my 7 and 8 year old nietitas. The apartment is very cozy, it has everything you need and works well. Would come back!!

A very quiet, cozy, and secluded stay. Ideal for families with young children or for those who want to work in peace and solitude. Excellent internet, by the way. However, it's best to stock up on groceries on the way – the nearest store is 17 kilometers away.

An excellent house

Definitely a place to recommend. The house is a dream, in a very quiet neighborhood. Maria was very friendly and always willing to help when it came to communicating. The house is even nicer than what you see in the photos. Definitely a recommended place. We'll be back

The house in the chacra is dreamed of. For lovers of privacy, tranquility, the sea and the sounds of nature, it is the ideal space. It offers incredible views, for its oceanfront location and, as if it were not enough, the lagoon and pool illuminated, they finish completing the concept. For the discerning ones we love the kitchen, the equipment is perfect. The quality of the tableware/kitchen instruments/ appliances, all super complete added to the bedding, linen, sommiers, the cleanliness of each space, and still the smell of new home and wood, make the experience very enjoyable. The landlords are loving, well predisposed and very respectful. To take into account, the house is located within a chacras field, where there are 60 more houses, but the location of this brand new construction, is away from the rest and makes you feel all the exclusivity and privacy, in the middle of nature. We felt at home. We'll be back soon.

The place is exactly as shown in the photo. The interior is very nice. It would be missing maintenance in the outdoor space and a green space to be outdoors. The Mr. in charge of receiving us very attentive and predisposed. Claudia, the host, responds right away. You can walk to the beach and downtown.

The experience was spectacular, Nieves and Martin are very friendly and always available to be needed. We had a beautiful vacation, felt very comfortable and everything was great. We'll be back, thank you!

The host was always attentive and efficient with respect to all questions. The place is just like the photos. The building is of a very good quality. The garages and elevators are very good. Great location facing the beach and steps from the mall.

We loved the apartment. Excellent location. The host is very helpful. The patio with grill and laundry room is not shared but is a hallway with the neighbors of the apartment next door, it is a small detail but does not alter the stay. We definitely suggest it

The apartment is very comfortable and functional. The places of ample storage. Good area. It is a very quiet place. Good operation of a refrigerator and kitchen, although the dishes would have to be improved. Perfect functioning of the bathrooms. We liked the place...we would definitely come back.
