The schedule policy is flexible. However, if two guests coincide on the same day, the checkout will be at 12:00 and the check-in at 3:00 pm if there is a overlap between the schedules. The guests can dispose of the whole property, this includes the house with all its rooms, the pool area and gardens. The house has an ideal situation to access the different points of interest of the island. Beaches, capital, tourist areas, airport, restaurants, shopping areas, etc The "Global" bus lines allow you to move comfortably all over the island. Airport: 10 min Las Palmas de GC: 15 min Maspalomas / Playa del Inglés: 25 / 30min Agaete: 50min (Times by car). During the stay it is possible that the maintenance personnel access the outside area of the house for the maintenance of the swimming pool. Guests will always be informed in advance.

The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Loft-Penthouse apartment San Francisco Telde

IMPORTANT: see the photos of the access staircase. It is not suitable for reduced mobility and difficult for very large and heavy suitcases. Our small Loft-Attic (complete room with kitchen and separate bathroom from the main house) is on the first floor, with direct and independent access from the street. It is located in a historic neighborhood. A very quiet place to rest and very central. It's a single-family house, we live next door.
