Eduardo was extremely helpful and communicative. The place was exactly as he described in the listing. The reception staff were very friendly. The area is very safe and in a prime location.

L'appartement est très bien situé en plein cœur de Miraflores, joliment décoré, de nombreux supermarchés et restaurants à proximité. Maria, toujours bienveillante et attentive dès mon arrivée, toujours à l'écoute; elle m'a accueilli avec un petit repas puisque arrivé tard dans l'appartement, adorable et toujours avec le souci de l'accueil. Le logement est spacieux, correspond à la description et aux photos. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir chez Maria !

Excelente alojamiento, hacían limpieza y tenían perfectamente todo ordenado y listo a lo que llegaba por la tarde. El Anfitrión super amigable, educado y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación estuvo perfecta y una vista maravillosa. En mi regreso a Lima, no dudaré en volver a regresar a este lugar. Saludos desde Ecuador

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé et toutes les commodités étaient présentes dans l'appartement pour me permettre de passer un très bon séjour à Lima.

Great place, great value, centrally located. I had to check in at 2am but that was no problem as someone was there to hand me the keys. Spacious, clean unit. wonderful flexible and communicative host. Wifi was strong as I had to do a few zoom calls and watched a few movies. The property is really nice it feels like a tiny hotel. Once you enter the property you have an outdoor table area to your left, a long hallway inside and upstairs is your loft area. Almost everything is in walking distance or quick uber away. It was also nice to have a small convenience store immediately next door. I even extended my stay. I highly recommend if the description meets your needs.

Lugar muy recomendable, por su ubicación, limpieza, detalles de los anfitriones, rápidas respuestas a cualquier duda, muy comprensivos, excelente equipo. Volveré a alojarme en este lugar sin duda. Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and cozy, great amenities. Really easy to walk to everything in Barranco. Rooftop pool was a great place to watch the sunset. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, I really enjoyed my stay there and its perfect location in Barranco (the best location to stay in for a first visitor I think) with plenty of excellent restaurants, cool coffee shops and great galleries and museums. The security is there 24/7, very friendly and not intrusive at all. The gym is well maintained and has enough equipment for small vacations workouts. Silvia is incredibly responsive and helpful, and gives very handy recommendations for when you get too lazy to google stuff. Last but not the least, nice balcony with comfy seats!

This place was great, and Sandra was super helpful with local reccomendations and allowing us to pay extra to check in early in the morning, which we appreciated. Nice rooftop and small gym with a smith machine, barbell and a range of dumbbells! Cheap ubers to get to anywhere you need but Barranco itself felt very walkable. Would stay here again

I loved the flat; it was very clean and well decorated. It was easy to do the check-in, the owner is very helpful and communicative. I enjoyed a lot all the facilities, the building has an amazing swimming pool, co-working. The building is also safe, with security cameras and staff at the entrance. The are around is nice and safe. Good view from the flat. Very quiet. The flat also has everything: microwave, hair drier, coffee machine, very comfortable bed. I fully recommend this flat.

El alojamiento era perfecto para nosotros. La cocina era una de las mejor equipadas que hemos tenido en nuestro viaje hasta ahora. Hay un gran supermercado a unos 2 minutos y la Plaza de Flores está justo en la puerta. Se puede llegar al centro histórico en unos 30 minutos en taxi/Uber. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y Rosa siempre respondió rápidamente a los mensajes. El único inconveniente son las rejillas de ventilación justo al lado de la cama, lo que hace que sea un poco ruidoso.

Gut, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Wohnstudio an guter Verkehrslage mit netter Sicht ab dem Balkon zum Pazifik. Nützlich ist der kleine Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke 30 Meter vom Eingang, wo alle notwendigen Lebensmittel eingekauft werden können. Ab diesem Standort sind sowohl die Quartiere Miraflores (Larcomar) als auch Barranco (Café, Bars, Restaurants) sehr gut erreichbar. Ich kann dieses Wohnstudie bestens empfehlen, welches für Paare ideal ist.

This place was excellent. Very rarely does any place on AirBNB live up and exceed expectations. This place did just that! From the moment I stepped in the apartment, it made me want to stay for months. I was sad I hd to leave and didn't find this place for my entire stay. It was above and beyond comfort. The WiFi for a digital nomad was excellent. I can't say anything about this place except I long to come back! A truely pleasurable experience!

My new “Home away from home” I just LOVED the apartment, they have everything you could possibly need! From kitchen utensils, to paper napkins, extra sheets and towels, etc. There is a little convenience store across the street and a beauty salon just by the entrance! The doorman is very polite and friendly. Also liked that it’s such a peaceful building, I think most of units are used by residents, not tourists, and that makes a huge difference. I felt so comfortable and happy here, that I wouldn’t consider any other place for my future stays in Lima. Thank you for two lovely weeks! Will be back for sure.
