Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sami

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Aufenthalt im Oktopus Garden. Aggia Effimia schmiegt sich in eine Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser. Der kleine Ort bietet alles, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, darüber hinaus gibt es eine Vielzahl an Restaurants. Das Appartement ist perfekt gelegen mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht, direkt gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Strand, der zum Baden einlädt. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig, es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten des Appartements ist mit viel Liebe angelegt und sehr gepflegt, er lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die kleine schwarze Katze gehört zum Appartement und begrüßte uns jeden Morgen. Dionysia ist eine gute Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das Willkommenspaket im Kühlschrank war fantastisch. Die Kaktusbar (tagsüber Café – abends Bar), die sie und ihre Familie führen, befindet sich direkt unterhalb des Appartements, hier haben wir täglich unseren Frühstücks

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

If you have any doubts about renting this property, forget them!! world travellers & hands down the loveliest air bnb I've been in. Extremely clean, well maintained - just BEAUTIFUL. Exactly like the photos. The family have poured alot of love into the properties. We had the BEST trip & that's just the location and property. Add to that the wonderful family that host, they are kind, generous, communicative and honestly so lovely...like staying with family. I got emotional when we had to leave 😭. They left fresh eggs, bread,wine, olive oil, jams, honey etc. Great equipped kitchen & bbq area. After a day out we found beautiful cakes had been left in the fridge after they came to do pool maintenance. After hearing we had a bad time at a cafe they cheered us up with kebabs, fresh pittas & sausages from their butchers. So delicious!! This is a hilly area, if you have mobility issues check out their other beautiful property which also looks amazing. We will be back!Thank you so much guys!!

We had an excellent experience at the Villa. It was better than staying at a five star hotel! Total privacy! The bedsheets and towels got changed regularly by a very professional staff. The pool got silently cleaned in the mornings! The property was spotless and the host was easy to communicate with. We appreciated the quick responses and helpful recommendations. Highly recommended! We would gladly host them again!

We had the most wonderful stay with our two children. The house is perfect with so many amenities. All the appliances are high quality and basically brand new! We had everything we needed and more. The pool and bbq area is fantastic. The views beautiful. Location is private but easy to get to other locations. We loved visiting Sami and the Melissani Cave’s not to be missed. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and kind. We highly recommend the house and have already told family and friends about it!

Staying in the villa feels like staying at home: it’s cozy, well equipped, decorated with love and Angie and her family are all incredibly nice. A huge bonus- they can prepare food for you which is with home grown vegetables and tastes amazing. We had no issues with the check in or when leaving and I feel we were very lucky to have found this place. If you want peace and quiet, a gorgeous view and the privacy of a whole house, this is your place. 🧡

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a week to explore the beautiful Island. Panagiotis welcome us personally when we arrived and showed us around. He even had some water and food for us for the start. Everything went smoothly, the communication was excellent and we really felt at home. The area is quiet but if you have a car to drive around it’s very peaceful and a good starting point to get everywhere in less than 1 hour. The outside area is very nice with lots of opportunities to relax and there are even two little turtles in the garden which were super sweet. Definitely recommended!

What a fabulous place close to the cove where the yachts and restaurants are situated then have own beach just out front. The owners were so lovely to bring breakfast and coffee from their beautiful bakery everyday. Comfortable beds had everything you need. Thanks Anna 🤗

Honestly this was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! It was incredible value for money and it was extremely special. Do not hesitate to book this accommodation. The location, the apartment, the views were amazing. We hired a car and we would recommend as it allows you to see all of the island. We are already planning to come back!

Gerasimos’s apartment was really excellent! We had such a lovely and peaceful stay here. The location was great, really central but not noisy or busy at all. The car parking space was super useful and the area felt safe. The terrace was a great addition, the whole space was beautifully designed with lots of thoughtful touches. Gerasimos was a fantastic host, helping us with our luggage, ordering taxis, and giving us really good recommendations for our stay! We’d absolutely stay here again when visiting Kefalonia!

Outstanding accommodation with view of beautiful manicured gardens that lead you to your own private beach. They had someone on the property if we needed any help. Free use of paddle boards for the sea were fantastic for our 2 boys. Lovely restaurant around the corner. We loved having the privacy of this location and if you want 10mins drive to town or better yet catch a ferry to Argostoli. Towels and bed linen were of good quality. We loved our time at Giorgio’s. Highly recommend!

Christina and her parents are kind and generous hosts, providing basic provisions and gifts of home-grown pomegranates and eggs from their own hens. The apartment was light, airy and well furnished, with good bed linen and plenty of towels, loo roll, shower gel, etc. Good light-excluding shutters and quiet, efficient air con. The gardens are pretty and well-maintained with seating in sun or shade, as preferred. Attractively lit in the evenings. The views of the sea and mountains are stunning from dual aspect balconies, which are in sunshine all day long. 10 minute walk to the sea and nearest tavernas. Narrow beaches are stony but accessible. 5 minute drive to pretty port of Sami with small supermarkets, shops and many bars and tavernas. Ferries to Ithaca and mainland. No sandy beaches locally. However, the sea is beautifully clear.

Die Unterkunft von Nina war wirklich ein Highlight auf unserer Reise in Kefalonia. Die Wohnung ist mit liebevollen und besonderen Details ausgestattet, das Bett ist super bequem, der Balkon und die Terrasse mit Hängematte sind auch ein Highlight. Abends kann man auf dem Balkon das Treiben im Hafen beobachten. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und schnell. Und die Unterkunft war extrem sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

This place is a lovely paradise. The beach is quiet, the water is wonderful. If you’re looking to be out of the city and in a quiet area this is perfect for you.

Wir (Pärchen) haben Aris Unterkunft in Agia Effimia als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gewählt und es hat perfekt gepasst. Wir waren zu zweit, aber die Unterkunft wäre auch für vier Personen geeignet. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und der Balkon ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht über das Meer und den Hafen (3. Stock). Die Hafenpromenade und die Restaurants/Cafés befinden sich in Gehweite, allerdings ist der Anstieg zur Unterkunft sehr steil und daher wohl nicht für jede Person zu Fuß möglich. Aris Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit reibungslos. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiter!

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

Το διαμερίσμα ηταν πολυ ανετο, πρακτικό, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμενο. Οι χώροι σύγχρονοι με εξαιρετικη διακόσμηση. Το σημειο ηταν βολικό μιας και ολα βρίσκονται σε κοντινη απόσταση απο το κέντρο ενω παράλληλα απολαμβανεις μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Η υποδοχη και περιποίηση απο τους ιδιοκτήτες μας εκανε να νιώσουμε την εγκάρδια φιλοξενία τους, ευχαριστούμε πολυ για μια υπεροχη διαμονή!

I can’t say enough positive things about this apartment. We had a wonderful stay and lovely warm welcome. Panos and the owner were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is great - modern and cosy. Perfect for what we needed. Incredibly clean, all the mod cons - very well equipped for cooking. Lovely little outdoor seating area and space to let clothes dry. Reliable mosquito nets - so you can have the door opens and not worry. Air con was great too. Perfect for toddlers as all on one floor - easy buggy access and no balcony to worry about. Gating around outside space offers privacy and means you don’t have to worry about the road etc - not that it’s busy. Lovely spot - close to beach, shops, restaurants. Our second time in Poros and will definitely book this place again.

What a wonderful, tranquil place, Villa Rosa is! The gardens are tidy, and well kept and so colourful! As has already been said, “what’s not to like?!!” Joy and her team, made you feel that nothing was too much trouble for them, when it came to answering your every whim! And they were always smiling, and never made you feel that you were in the way. The location is superb, and because it’s away from main roads, it’s very quiet. It’s near the sea, and a 7 minute walk from the beach at Trapezaki, and Denis Taverna. A Hire car is a must as there’s so much to see. Now for the breakfast menu, wow! There was a variety of options for breakfast, and all food was cooked to perfection! Joy was willing to accommodate our unusual dietary limitations, too! And on to cleanliness, in a word, spotless!! The cleaning lady went in every day so there was no chance that dirt or sand could accumulate on the floor! The linen and towels were replaced with fresh, every third day, so everything smelled clean!

The condo was situated in a great location in Argostoli. It was a nice 10-15 min walk along the waterfront to the main square where there were plenty of good restaurant options. The view from the condo was amazing to watch the cruise ships come in and out of the port. The living area was spacious and nice to relax in. We did find the beds to be quite firm (just our preference though). The condo is situated on levels 2 and 3 of an apartment building and we noticed the entrance to the building and stairwell/lift smelt like gas - Marina assured us it was safe but it wasn’t a nice smell when entering the building. You could smell the gas a little bit inside the entrance area to the condo also.

Alexia was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well appointed and equipped. Alexia even gave us some delicious home made cake!

Die Besitzerin Marina war sehr herzlich und nett. Sie hat sich immer um uns gekümmert und war immer zu erreichen und ansprechbar. Der Pool war super und die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Über Marina konnten wir auch ein tolles Auto mieten, was auf der Insel ein Muss ist ! Genauso konnte sie uns einen Flughafentransfer und gute Restaurants empfehlen. Gerne wieder :)
