The place is perfect, close to the center on foot, quiet and with a parking space in a private courtyard. Even if the building itself doesn't look like much, the apartment is great, it has everything! I really enjoyed the beds, very good quality mattresses! Thanks for the stay. Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! The apartment managed by Anaïs was very well located for walking around Saintes; also close to several restaurants, a cinema and the banks of the Charente for a very pleasant digestive walk. The apartment had all the essentials for a pleasant stay, and was very bright and quiet. On a weekend with 2 children of 5 and 7 years old, we liked the small alleys to get lost in, the public garden and the arenas. We warmly recommend

The studio is in a great location in Saintes, only a few minutes from the city center to enjoy the city! Although sometimes cramped in the kitchen, our stay was pleasant and the terrace is a big plus😁. The studio is equipped for everyday life and is practical, we could stay longer without worries.

Clean, pleasant, tastefully decorated, well-equipped apartment, shops nearby, free parking. Everything for a great stay. Thank you to LAETICIA who also has a beautiful floral shop that is a must-see.

I highly recommend the apartment which slopes because it is very cozy and pleasant. It is ideally located with stunning views of the town hall park and the historic center of Saintes. The site is rather quiet apart from some noise pollution the first 2 nights due to some rowdy teenagers in the park. The accommodation is well-equipped, small suggestion a toaster would be a plus. Fabrice was absent during our stay, it was his mother who hosted us very well, she gave good advice to ensure that our stay went smoothly.

Marianne's apartment is in a very good location, between the thermal baths and the heart of the city. No need to take the car that you can leave in the free parking lot located 5 minutes away! The place is very quiet. The small terrace is lovely. A deck chair would be welcome. Marianne provided me with a lot of useful information from our first contact and was always very responsive. I recommend it, especially for spa guests. Claudine

Great airy, light filled space. Very roomy. Great central location. Fabulous little village. Excellent restaurant just up the road. Nice bakeries close by for morning coffee & breakfast delicacies. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was such a great apartment. Very spacious and elegant. Extremely quiet, which was much appreciated, while still being just 2 mins walk away from all the shops and restaurants. The large town parking lot was also very close by. Highly recommend a stay here!

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

Thierry is a lovely host who hosted us very warmly. The loft is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The hot tub is fantastic. The surroundings are very quiet and nice. We'll be happy to go back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with family in Les Pargaux. The accommodation is designed to make you feel instantly at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. The nearby 🎾 court is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Médoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely attentive and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate touches from the moment we arrived, testifies to a real passion for the place and the well-being of travelers. In summary: a memorable and rejuvenating stay. This is the second time I have rented this Airbnb and Emmanuel is still as welcoming and pleasant 😁 The rental is perfect for relaxing and everything is as described 😁😁 If you are curious and adventurous there are plenty of things to do in the area and sometimes even on foot without taking the car (walk, beach, visit caves and other visits etc...) Very nice accommodation with its small terrace out of sight. The jacuzzi is a real treat whatever the weather. Very well located on the island. You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming. A big thank you. We'll be happy to do it again.

Step on our descent to the Pyrenees, we arrived late and left early the next day Despite the constraints that this imposed, the studio was waiting for us, the indications were clear and we were sailing more than going to bed Functional and perfect studio for our short stay for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) Very nice little conversation with Charlotte this morning before leaving, she loves this activity, it shows! I recommend it!
