I stayed in this rural cottage as part of a long distance cycle trip, and it was perfect for my needs. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the bedroom comfortable, and very quiet. Anne was kind enough to provide me with some fresh eggs from her hens for breakfast. I enjoyed my stay here very much!

Super séjour chez Virginie ! Tout était parfait, que ce soit l'accueil, la maison : très propre et très chaleureuse (le poêle est très appréciable). Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement.

We had the most wonderful stay at Emma and John’s idyllic place. From our arrival to our departure, Emma and John could not have been more hospitable and provided us with amazing restaurants and places to see! We also made sure to have enough time to just enjoy the home and the pool! It was myself and three other girls for my bachelorette and Emma and John provided us with amazing food and wine (which we requested/paid for) as well as threw in some Welcome wine and niceties. They run a cooking class as well so I requested a day of cooking with the girls and we had a blast! You must have Emma’s cooking! The bathrooms are great, newly renovated and very stylish equipped with towel heaters as well. The area was perfect as well as we were able to do everything from wine tasting to farmers markets to castle climbing! We look forward to a return stay and recommend for a perfect stay to disconnect and enjoy good food, wine and company.

Propriétaire très accueillant et très agréable. La cabane confortable avec vue sur la prairie des daims. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous le recommandons !

Très chouette semaine dans la maison de Francois et sa famille qui ont toujours été très réactifs et à l'écoute. Nous étions 3 couples et 4 bébés de bas âges, tout était très bien, la maison est SUPER équipé ! Piscine chauffée,jeux, vélos, parasol, air conditionné à l'étage, plancha, tout l'équipement de cuisine nécessaire , etc .... rien à dire. Chouette terrasse bien ensoleillé jusque la fin de journée pour prendre l'apéro et cuisiner à la plancha. Lieu calme sans véritable voisin en vis à vis et à proximité de quelques petits commerces et sinon un supermarché à 10min de voiture. Merci à vous et bonne continuation.

Hôte vraiment adorable qui a pris bien soin de nous accueillir et a pris à cœur que l’on soit confortable ! Incarne parfaitement l’idée originelle du service qui est d’offrir aux visiteurs de passage son propre logis. On sent qu’on est invité dans la demeure d’une personne qui y a vécu et dont la décoration témoigne de ses goûts et personnalités, et non d’un lieu standardisé comme un hôtel sans vie et sans histoire. Nous y reviendrons car c’est sur des personnes authentiques comme elles que nous pouvons nous fier !

Grang logement atypique sur cette péniche décorée avec goût dans un style art déco années 50 .On s'y sent bien!!!. Literie de bonne qualité et environnement calme. Les instructions pour s'y rendre sont claires. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!

We had a wonderful time, in Virginie's family home. Close to a beautiful park, in a peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to good restaurants, shops and close to the tram stop too. Virginie was a very kind and helpful host, even booking us a table at a very nice restaurant, on our first night in Bordeaux. We can highly recommend a stay at Virginie's and wouldn't hesitate to visit again

Located in a great neighbourhood in the heart of the old district in Bordeaux. Tons of restaurants, cafes, and wine bars to choose from. Our host, Julie, was amazing full of wonderful tidbits of information to help choose the best places to drink and dine. Plus a bonus was Hermes, the most cuddly cat, he was a great little warming addition to the home!

Jean Michel est un hôte aux petits soins pour ses convives. Petit déjeuner au top. Le logement est parfait, propre, agréable. Je recommande ! Avec plaisir nous retournerons chez Jean Michel!

Bis auf das falsche Foto des Hauses von Ihnen, war der kurze Aufenthalt fantastisch. Das Thema "Citroen " wurde ausgiebig besprochen, ich war mit meinem alten XM unterwegs. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, ich werde mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. À bientôt

Michelle and Didier are very knowledgeable about the local restaurants and wine selection, we had very impressed restaurants and wines with their great friendly helps.

Francois is a super friendly local who can give you great advices where to go and what you must see. His kindness and advices leveled our stay up a lot and we got to see beautiful things in our short stay of 2 nights. I would always come back for a stay and not only because of the crepes every morning :)

Marie-Laure, Franck, Achille, Marie, Cerise et leurs adorables compagnons à quatre pattes, Tacos et Street, forment une famille extraordinairement accueillante. Le logement est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et à proximité des transports en commun ce qui rend l'accès au centre de Bordeaux facile. La literie est très bonne et l'accueil de Claude charmant.

Auf unserer Reise zum Atlantik haben wir bei Jean & Nicola einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich im großzügig angelegten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen und wurden morgens mit einem wunderbaren und vielseitigen Frühstück verwöhnt. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.
