Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Siméon

Tommy's place was very clean, spacious and airy. It has one large bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room but it did not feel cramped for four guests. The kitchen and bathroom had everything one might need including a nespresso machine (with pods!). The hosts were quick to respond when we had issues with the air conditioning and came over within the hour to have it repaired. They are very friendly. The place also has a balcony that can be opened for good air circulation. Really appreciated the crystal clear instructions for checking in and checking out.

Francois's place was great! It was the perfect home away from home in Quebec for our family of eight. The place was neat, tidy, spacious, and complete with just about everything we needed. It was also walkable from nearby restaurants, parks, and attractions. Francois was super responsive and helpful althroughout our vacation. Will definitely consider booking the place again!

Lovely and cozy abode in Beauport with a grocery store, two pharmacies nearby and some local cafes. Loved the charming and relaxing decor style!

I absolutely recommend staying at Melissa's & Brunos !! I chose this place as a quick stay to break up our road trip to Montreal, and im kinda sad we only stayed the one night! Melissa was an amazing host, super responsive and so sweet !! Their place looks like a picture out of an Ikea Magazine!! 😍 The attention to small details definitely didn't go unnoticed! it's located conveniently off the highway, yet very private & quiet - and the lake veiw ( especially the 430/5am sunrise ) was a view I won't be forgetting !! I hope I get the chance to book this place again, for a few days to explore around the area more !! thanks again Melissa & Bruno !! you made the start of our girls trip a memorable one for sure !!

This place was impeccably clean and the location was great, situated on a cute corner. Big bathroom. At first we were reluctant to stay what seemed like far away from the Old City but it turned out to be a boon in disguise since we discovered another neighborhood, Saint Saveur, which is a lovely area whose main drag is currently undergoing a facelift. Plus an easy 12-minute bus ride will take you to the old town. Great bakeries and coffeeshops (such as Tintico) nearby: Definitely try Boulangerie Louis Marchand, which has some of the best morning pastries I've ever eaten (the savory scone in particular).

We had a nice stay…. The place was quiet (a lot quieter than a hotel!!!). We had everything we needed. Instructions were easy to follow. It will be in my favorites from now on ☺️

Clean space as described within walking distance to all Quebec City attractions. Parking spot is small so we opted to leave the car in the garage and take Ubers or walk to the Old City. I think overall good value compared to staying in a hotel, however be aware there is a homeless shelter one block away where a number of homeless people are milling about on the sidewalk so walking home at night from the wrong direction was a little sketchy. Not a problem for four adults but not ideal if traveling with small children in my opinion.

Everything was perfect, the cottage is very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The location is ideal for resting, the spa and the fire pit were well appreciated. Simon responds quickly and the instructions are clear. Great value overall. We would recommend it in a second! Thanks!

Beautiful sunny chalet in the morning with magnificent river views. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Very intimate and quiet location. Impeccable interior and really well-equipped. Quick replies from owner. 300m from an 8km back and forth walking path to the river with great falls and a canyon. Near the ferry to Isle-aux-Coudres.

We stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer! The views were spectacular from all three floors. The house was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. There was plenty of room for the eight of us, with many separate, open areas so that we never felt crowded or cramped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, and there was plenty of room to cook a big meal and share it together in the dining area. The coffee was excellent, but unfortunately there was only enough coffee provided for one small pot. Tip: if you can’t find the entry code or the wifi password in the app in English-language instructions, look in the French instructions. That’s what we had to do to find them. Coffee and in-app instructions aside, we completely enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again in the future.

Kerebel's house is beautiful, large, cozy with a superb river view. This is a quiet spot. The land is large. The fireplace brings a soft and relaxing warmth. Kerebel provided ample wood. He responds relatively quickly to our requests. We had a lovely stay. We recommend this place.

It was great. However, it would be a good idea to turn off the ice maker...

What a rare gem!!!! My wife and I are extra demanding about cleanliness and this AirBnB is one of the few that met our expectations, everything was sparkling clean, we immediately felt super comfortable!!! Beautiful view, even more beautiful than in the pictures, from all the windows of the house. Very spacious, super well-equipped (kitchen, games, foosball, spa, etc.). Comfortable beds, everything was perfect. Daniel was super quick to respond; we made a booking the same day and he was available. Really 5 stars on everything. Thank you again Daniel!

Stayed 4 nights here to get 3 full days to explore quebec city. Super close to quebec city, and everythinf you woulld need in the immediate neighborhood. The place was exactly as described, SUPER clean, and so quiet! Definitely recommend!

Superb home in the penthouse with views over Quebec! The parking was a little difficult to find at first, as there is still a construction site at the moment, otherwise the included parking space is an absolute plus. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It has everything you need. Communication also worked flawlessly and was very friendly. I highly recommend it:)

My third time there. We visit the Basilica which a short ride away and the city which is very easy to get to. All is near. Them place is spacious and ample. Deck is open great view.

This is a great place to stay to explore the city. If you don’t mind walking or taking public transportation it’s about 20 mins to the old town area, but along the way you have great places to eat and drink. Comfortable bed, and nicely equipped kitchen. Responsive proactive host. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Melissa was a great host and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We had such a wonderful stay and the condo is super convenient, well maintained and had an amazing view into Quebec City. Highly recommend especially if you’re a couple looking to explore Quebec City and want an escape in the city!
