Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Pierre-du-Perray

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans le studio d'Élodie et Anthony. Le studio est parfaitement équipé avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, tout était impeccablement propre et agréablement parfumé. Élodie et Anthony ont été d'une grande attention, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. De plus, la localisation est excellente, à seulement 14 minutes des studios Disney. Nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés !

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Wohnung und waren super zufrieden. Ein guter Bäcker ist direkt ums Eck und die Küche hat alles was man für ein Frühstück oder kleines Essen braucht. Ziemlich nah am Disneyland(nicht mal 15Min benötig) kommen gern wieder.

Louise est une hôtesse charmante, son logement parfait, très joli, cosy et confortable. Le toit terrasse partagé (mais nous y étions seuls) avec le mobilier de jardin nous a permis tous nos repas, avec vue sur la Seine puis la forêt formidable malgré la voix ferrée et les quelques passages de train. Le village est joli, accessible à pied en train, la boulangerie toute proche très appréciable aussi. On a pu faire de grandes balades à pied aux alentours mais la voiture était appréciable pour aller visiter les villages alentours. En résumé un we très chouette, un logement très bien et un super environnement. A refaire 🥳

paulo est accueillant et chaleureux . nous avons très bien été reçu. studio impeccable et rempli de petite attention. tout le nécessaire est présent dans le logement . nous y reviendrons lors de nos prochain voyage sur Paris.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Grégoire. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux avec tout le nécessaire. Le quartier est agréable avec beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Heureusement que nous étions préparés au bruit du métro, à certaines heures. Finalement cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

très bon gîte, très propre , très bien équipé, joliment décoré, au calme . nous avons passé 2 nuits pour pratiquer l'escalade et nous avons trouvé plusieurs sites à proximité. Nathalie et son mari ont été très accueillants et attentionnés ( cerises cueillies de leur jardin par exemple ), on s'est senti tres bien accueillis et ils ont été aussi arrangeants sur les horaires d'arrivée, de départ . merci à eux

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. Un séjour parfait entre amis pour célébrer un enterrement de vie de jeune fille! La maison est incroyable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Tout était fonctionnel : jacuzzi, hammam, cuisine… Un vrai cocon de confort à seulement quelques minutes de Paris, mais dans un calme absolu. Idéal pour un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci encore pour cet accueil impeccable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Le Carpe Diem was a great place to stay for my climbing trip to Fontainebleau! The home was comfortable and cozy. It is a short walk to the center of Milly-la-Forêt, which has a nice selection of shops and patisseries. Nadège was helpful when I checked in and throughout my stay. I hope to make it back soon!

Tarik is a wonderful host. From the moment I booked, he was extremely responsive from start to finish. He met us at the house upon check in and walked us through everything. He even walked around the neighborhood with us, showing us where to buy food, drinks, local restaurants, and the best boulangeries to pick up our daily baguettes. He also went to the metro with us and helped us figure out how many cards and trips we needed to buy. He made himself available all the time and even offered to drive us to the airport because the taxis were having a protest. The house itself was very clean. All the rooms are described exactly as it is on the listing. Plenty of space for storage. All amenities were included. The gardens in front and back of the house are beautiful, worth sitting outside for a snack or a chat. My family of 9 adults and 1 child felt very comfortable. Checking out, Tarik helped us with all of our luggage and even waved down a taxi for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !

Logement parfait pour un séjour à proximité de La Défense. La literie est très confortable, l’environnement au fond d’une cour est très calme dans un secteur résidentiel, et les équipements fonctionnels. Le tout à 20 min de la Grande Arche à pied (ou à 2 arrêts de tramway). Parfait. Ce logement est mon point de chute habituel lors de mes déplacements de plusieurs jours à La Défense.
