This place was perfect!! I couldn't pick a better location or host! We had a mishap and they were super quick with responding and helping us when we needed it ( through no fault of the host). Location was ideal as it was so close to everything and was right next to the plains! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Élise et Pierre-Luc. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et beau. Facile d'accès, le stationnement y est facile même en hiver. Très bonne proximité des lieux touristiques, 15-20 min pour Québec ville ou l'île d'Orléans, 10min pour la chute Montmorency ou Sainte Anne de Beaupré et la station de ski à 30min seulement. C'est vraiment le bon logement pour visiter la région de Québec tranquillement.

This place was small, but in a cozy way that still covered everything needed. Very comfy bed! It is right on Rue Saint Jean and so lots of food and shopping options right at your door. 15-20 min walk to get places which is very convenient. Plains of Abraham, Chateau Frontenac, the Port, a city bus to go to Montmorency Falls. All accessable. Be aware the apartment has thin walls and my neighbour had big feet. I used earplugs at night and it was fine. Also be aware Quebec city and the apartment has lots of stairs! Overall, a very clean, cute and convenient place for my first trip to QC

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 8 jours à 6 personnes. L’appartement est incroyable, propre, soigné et il sent bon, odeur agréable et légère. L’accès est très facile et accessible en voiture. La place de parking est très appréciable (nous avions un pickup) et très proche du rbnb. Rue avec un magasin alimentaire « Tradition » à 1 min à pied. Proche également d’une pharmacie. Proche des arrêts de bus et facile pour visiter même à pied. Nous recommandons de séjour à cet endroit.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, easy to find, and had private parking (which is a HUGE deal in the Quebec City area). Everything in Quebec City always feels very walkable, but this was specifically a great location, close to a main restaurant and bar street, and easily accessible to Old Quebec as well, as long as you’re up for a walk. The beds were also insanely comfortable, which is not something I would typically think to mention, except that we ALL commented on it after waking up there on our first morning. Overall, a great place!

It’s so hard to find spots that can accommodate our young family of 5 but this spot was amazing! It was plenty of room, with a perfect location for walking around, and was a peaceful break from the busy days we scheduled. And I know this is a weird thing to care about, but the linens smelled like fresh laundry. Not in a “sprayed some Fabreeze” way but in a “fancy hotel” way. Our host was flexible and always responsive. He even had great restaurant recommendations! Would definitely stay at any of their properties.

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour chez Jean-François et Lucie. La maison a un cachet ancien, bien rénové et décoré avec goût. La proximité de la piste cyclable et de la gare fluviale est un détail non négligeable, d’autant plus que les hôtes mettent à disposition deux passes pour prendre le traversier. Idéal pour les personnes qui ne veulent pas prendre leur auto. Je reviendrai avec plaisir passer un autre séjour chez Jean-François et Lucie.

Very happy with our stay at this location. The apartment itself is a total eye-opener, especially walking in for the first time. Located on a great street with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Definitely an up-and-coming area. Sure, the apartment isn't the quietest, but it's typical for a city. Soundproofing would go a long way, but it's an older building, and honestly, I'm nitpicking. We had a wonderful stay, and our family of 4 would happily return!

Émilie and Dominic were fantastic hosts! They were quick to respond to all of our questions. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We booked mainly for the proximity to my parents’ place, but if you have a car, their location is perfect for getting to anywhere you want to go. It was also very quiet. We truly recommend and will probably be back on our next visit to Quebec City!

Great airbnb in a good location for exploring Quebec city without being in the noise and bustle of the city centre - there was a bus stop right outside the house that took 30mins to go direct into centre/Old Town and 10mins opposite direction for Montmorency falls. There is also good off-street parking at the airbnb. The kitchen is well equipped and the living areas are comfortable and spacious. Marie-Eve was great at responding to messages and was a welcoming host!

We fully enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and great value. The hot tub was wonderful. The location is excellent as long as you have a car and especially if you’re interested in going to Mont Ste Anne or Le Massif to ski. Beautiful river view. Worked very well for us and our two teens.

Tout était très bien. Le logement, bien que petit, offre toutes les commodités et l'intimité nécessaire. Nadia répond très vite aux messages et à toutes les questions, avec beaucoup de sympathie. Juste un peu de mal à trouver l'appartement le premier soir car beaucoup de blocs identiques. Localisation idéale pour accéder au Mont Ste-Anne. Et cerise sur le sundae, il y a une borne de recharge électrique juste en face! Merci Nadia!
