We had a lovely stay at this place, located 5 minutes from Beauval Park. We were able to enjoy the pool and petanque court offered, as well as the barbecue. A bottle was even kindly offered to us by Damien. Very responsive to messages, communication went very well and many recommendations on restaurants and bars were given to us. We won't hesitate to return!

This is a perfect location if you plan to visit the Chateaux in the area. After a busy day of sight seeing come back to a private sanctuary, the pool, garden and deck provide nice spots to unwind and recharge for the next day. The hosts are lovely people.

Chantal is a very nice host. Her home is very cosy and welcoming. All the amenities you need for a stay. The pool is awesome as well as the big garden. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come again.

We had a pleasant stay in the house which is well-equipped to accommodate a dozen people. Everything was ready for our arrival. We fully enjoyed the outdoors while trying not to be too loud for the neighborhood. The proximity of the banks of the Indre on foot is a plus.

Extremely quiet and peaceful, spacious, suitable for cooking and resting. Room to park in front, no complaints about the accommodation which is really very nice.

The accommodation offered by Benoit and Gaëlle is a place that meets many positive criteria: in the heart of the city, easily accessible, very quiet because isolated from the avenue, very comfortable and modern bedding and layout. The small outdoor courtyard with furniture makes the place intimate and very much appreciated in good weather. Hosts are very responsive and cordial. If you need them, they react quickly to respond. It's an ideal place to stay in Châteauroux. We'll be back!

Very good stay at Karine and Loïc's. The house has been recently renovated to perfection, with lots of charm, in a charming and super peaceful location. The cottage is modern, well-equipped and perfectly clean. Private garden with table, umbrella and BBQ, very pleasant for sunny days (not shown in the photos). Nice countryside, site 20 minutes from Nohant and George Sand's house, 40 minutes from the Creuse Valley, its landscapes and picturesque villages. We highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing place, tastefully decorated, in an exceptional village. A lot of effort has been put into decorating, where well-being is. Being by the water with this view is just unimaginable. Just missing an oven (on the wall above the plates , my 2 cents) and a curtain in the room (hanging on the wall with rings, my 2 cents again). Truly an awesome experience.

The accommodation is clean, tidy, 100% as described, you feel good. Very nice decoration, the essentials for hosting children. Right next to the Zoo, convenient to access and convenient to return quickly if needed at noon.

Phenomenal in every way. Location, details, peacefulness, proximity to the castles of the area and charming cities and towns. 100% recommended. We have no words to thank the host Cécile for the effort she made to ensure that before we arrived, the land was completely fenced so we could stay with our dog. Thank you very much for everything and if we can come back another time, we would be happy to stay again in this cozy loft.
