Nadine is a kind hostess, who we greatly enjoyed meeting. Her home is very comfortable. The beds are wonderful as are the linens. She was very helpful in all aspects of our stay and we appreciate staying at her home.

Raphael is a great host, the location is great close to the lake, the center of the town and the beach.

Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

Right! On weekends in the area for a wedding, Patrick's place to stay was just perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely accommodation which has direct access to the forest from the doorstep and is five minutes walk from a beautiful surfing beach. We loved the hundreds of miles of cycle tracks in the area, amazing bird life, and the lively town of Hossegor with its picturesque lake which has a lovely market even in low season. The boardwalks on the dunes in Seignosse and the Étang Noir nature reserve were particular highlights. Definitely worth having bikes for your stay 🚲 We would love to come back next year!

Authentic house in a very quiet environment not overlooked. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful area with lots of walks for those who like to hike with elevation. Very well located house close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

Perfectly located accommodation for a surf weekend, we didn't want for anything. Franck and Karen had made everything available to us: bed linen, towels, coffee, toilet paper as well as great recommendations for places to eat. We'll come back without hesitation!

We had a great time with the family three generations. The house is beautiful and very pleasant to live with others, and it was a pleasure to swim in the heated pool at the end of October. The scenery that surrounds the house is really spectacular. We don't get tired of rediscovering it every day depending on the weather. We leave regret this beautiful place. We had a lovely time at Stephane's home. We were with friends, the place and simply splendid is as described by the host. Stéphan was very accommodating with us, allowing us to leave much later than offering them for check out. A real plus for us to finish the fridge and enjoy one last sunny morning. Fantastic house!!!! Very attentive Albert and Helene, solving anything at the moment. Upon our arrival they welcomed us with homemade jam, a very good pate and eggs from their beloved chickens that sipped our puppy... I recommend this history-filled home with a fabulous setting, surrounded by charming villages. The house and setting are much better than the pictures. We will definitely repeat. Best regards.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
