Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint-Marcel-d'Ardèche

There were three of us (2 adults, 1 child) in Pascale's apartment for 3 great days. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is very quietly located in the small village of Lanas - the medieval village center, which begins directly opposite, is definitely worth a visit. The location on the Ardèche and to places like Balazuc or Pont d'Arc is also great for activities. Communication with Pascale was always perfect and check-in via key box was very easy. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend the apartment. Only recommendation: Bring mosquito spray, there were a lot of mosquitoes during our stay which were quite happy to bite. ;-)

Thank you for hosting us, we really enjoyed your place, the children's area, the pool and the pétanque court are really an asset, we felt good and we will be back!

Very nice accommodation in the heart of a medieval village

The studio offered is spacious, very clean and perfectly equipped. We were passing through for one night, as part of a bike trip and the presence of everything necessary allowing us to travel light was much appreciated. Ana Teresa was very clear in her explanations and provided us with a crib. I recommend it without hesitating!

Lou's appartment was pleasant, comfortable and good value for money. We had a lovely stay here, out of season so the town was very quiet and empty of tourists. Perfect!

Claire's house is a haven of peace, ideally located in the beautiful village of Balazuc where you can access the river by a small path. It has a very pleasant and intimate terrace with superb views of the valley. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated by Claire, it feels like home. In addition, Claire and her husband are charming hosts and very accommodating. It's a place we'll remember because we'll be happy to go back.

Stay more than pleasant, we were very well hosted by Roseline and her husband who told us about the area, activities to do, places to go. They were always available to us if needed, very nice, it was a real pleasure to stay in their villa, we will be happy to go back! Everything was perfect, it's a 10/10, thanks again!

Very good hosting, attentive to requests. Very nice, clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Beautiful environment. I would highly recommend it.

The house is very bright and eco-friendly. Many birds can be seen in the garden, you feel that the surroundings are very preserved both in terms of nature and the surrounding calm. The classified site of the Cirque de Gens is very close to the house and within walking distance. It is a natural gem. The house is suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. As it is built of wood and straw, there is a certain promiscuity with the wood that creaks, the large open rooms and three of the beds that are on a landing in the continuity of the staircase that leads to the floor of the house. We recommend the sauna and sunbathing in the hammocks and sun loungers provided to enjoy the birdsong!

We came with 10 adults, 1 child and 2 babies to spend a weekend with friends, and we had a great time. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped spacious, the beds are comfortable, the outdoors is very pleasant and peaceful. we spent a relaxing week and full of discoveries in the village of Lanas located near many villages of character and where you can take very nice hikes. The little house is very nice, carefully furnished and tastefully furnished which is not always the case in vacation rentals. We also enjoyed the good contact with Natacha. We recommend this property.

Very nice stay, Françoise and Jacques are incredibly kind! The welcome was perfect with nice touches for the whole family! The accommodation is located 6-7 min. walk from Spirou Park, which is fantastic (some paid parking in the park is located further than the accommodation itself!), this even allowed us to go home to eat and then return to the park afterwards (and given the line at each restaurant, it was not negligible!). And finally, for parking, a private parking space located in a perfectly accessible garage, excellent. Talk to you soon, Chloe and Julien.
