To visit the Périgord Noir while being in a quiet area (in the countryside 10 km from Sarlat). Property consists of our house, four rental cottages, swimming pool (guaranteed opening from early June to mid-September) to share with other tenants, on 5000 m2 of land. Not to mention the barbecue, ping-pong table and trampoline. The price does not include end-of-stay cleaning – on request – (€60), or linens – on request – (sheets and towels – €15 per person).

Our cottage "Le Chalet" (50m2) is ideal for a couple with young children. Located in front of the playground, you can relax on the terrace while watching your loulous playing in the park… You have at your disposal garden furniture and hard barbecue. You will have access to the heated pool and Spa (from mid-April to late September depending on the weather) as well as the landscaped park (these areas are to be shared with the hosts of our other cottages).

This barn has rustic charm and is simply furnished, It has a kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, utensils, tables & chairs, shower room with toilet. Bedroom on first floor, with en suite shower and downstairs bedroom with en suite shower. The large gardens, pond & solar heated 9m x 4m pool are shared with 2 other small cottages. The property is surrounded by woods and fields

The Donkey Farm

Gite for 2 and possibility to put an extra bed for a child. Ideal setting in the countryside in the middle of the reeds. Located in the center of the department (halfway Perigueux and Bergerac)and less than an hour to all tourist sites (Les Eysies ,Sarlat,Lascaux )
