House vacation rentals in Saint-Hymer

Brigitte's home is lovely. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 teenagers celebrating a special birthday and anniversary. The house was perfect for us. The location was peaceful with open views of fields from the garden. The pool was amazing, we all enjoyed fun times in there. The Sauna was very much appreciated after the activities in the pool. We also enjoyed the Football and Table Tennis and the bikes. We biked to Merville where there are a few shops including a bakery. We also enjoyed a bike ride to Pegagus Bridge and The Battery at Merville. The house is perfectly located for D Day beaches and other historical sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved cooking on the BBQ. It was lovely meeting Verione who was waiting to greet us at the house. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. Anne

Nous avons séjourné une petite semaine chez Benedicte. La maison, le quartier et les situations sont parfaits pour séjourner quelques jours à Trouville et rayonner à pied. Plages, restaurants, commerces et gare si nécessaire sont à proximité. La maison est impeccable, très bien équipée et très agréable. Bénédicte est une hôtesse charmante et très accueillante. Nous sommes venus avec notre cocker et le jardin est totalement clos et sécurisé. Nous recommandons sans hésiter

Séjour d’1 nuit. Logement agréable bien équipé , propre et confortable disposant d’1 jardin apprécié. Nous avons passé un bon moment et y retournerons sûrement aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine

Très belle propriété pour passer un super séjour en famille. Très bonne literie et très bons équipements et bel aménagement de la maison. La piscine a 28° était vraiment un plus. Cet endroit est vraiment à recommander et Delphine toujours très réactive. Cet endroit est à mi-chemin entre la ville et le port et tout peut se faire à pied. Enfin rien à redire sur notre long week-end, que du bonheur. Un grand merci à Delphine.

Our stay was wonderful. The hosts were warm, inviting and responsive. The house was spacious, great kitchen space, great pool/jacuzzi in the heated room. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The grounds were beautiful. Our children enjoyed playing with the chickens and the trampoline. We would stay there again.

With my family, we have spent 4 days in Julie and Sebastien’s place. It is stunning and we loved it! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and there is a supermarket that is only 5min walk away, so it is super practical. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. In addition to the swimming pool and the terrace, it has plenty of outdoor games (ping pong, football, pétanque…), so it is adapted for a family or for a group of friends (up to 9 persons I think). Julie and Sebastien are lovely hosts, and they came to welcome us and to greet us when leaving (knowing that you can do self check-in and check-out), so we appreciated!

an unusual and charming little house close to amenities yet with lots of privacy. the decor is outstanding and the main bedroom is exceptionally good. super wide and comfotable bed with bedside controls of lighting, a big plus for us readers in bed. lots of cooking things. great boulangerie almost withing sniffing distance, how wicked is that !

My and family and I celebrated an 80th birthday. This place was an excellent find and just a stone’s throw from the ferry from Portsmouth. The place has lots of space and makes use of the large open planned lounge dining area with some great furniture which meant that there was plenty of room to all sit and have fun games together. The garden was excellent and safe for smaller children to run around in. Ouistreham is a lovely town to leisurely spend an afternoon walking along the beachfront and there are lots of great cafés and restaurants. Elizabeth and Christophe were super accommodating to our needs and were very warm and friendly. We will love to visit again. Thanks so much for a special weekend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un chalet très propre et très fonctionnel. L'emplacement du chalet est très sécurisé et très calme. Petit plus l'acces à la piscine très apprécier pour les enfants. Accueil trés chaleureux.

Nous étions 10 adultes. Maison très bien adaptée, dont 3 belles chambres double. Une grande table pour les repas tous ensemble et tout le matériel imaginable ! La terrasse ensoleillée et à l'abri du vent La maison est dans un quartier calme, non loin de la mer et des marchés. Non loin également de Caen, Bayeux et des plages du débarquement. Sylvain, le propriétaire nous a super bien accueilli ! Bref 5 nuits et que du bon !

Très bon séjour, très agréable. Le jacuzzi été très bien, la maison très bien rangé et propre. Tout été à proximité, plage, restaurant. Vraiment sympa. Je recommande cette logement.

Een geweldige week gehad. Mooie woning alles was aanwezig en super netjes. Als je vragen had kreeg je vrijwel geljjk een reactie terug van Celine. Bij aankomst brande de kachel en was t heerlijk warm in huis. Bakker, winkels en strand op loopafstand. Voor herhaling vatbaar. We hebben genoten!!

Sophie est une hôte très agréable et réactive et le logement est idéal pour un weekend en famille ou amis. Il est tout équipé, il ne reste vraiment qu’à poser ses affaires. J’ai déjà fait plusieurs Airbnb et celui-ci est vraiment, par expérience, le meilleur : tout est pensé, il est parfaitement équipé. Le cadre est idyllique, la maison est idéalement située et dans un village tout mignon et paisible. La mer est accessible à pied et on l’entend du jardin. La baie vitrée est extraordinaire. La déco est très mignonne. Nous reviendrons c’est certain !

Appartement conforme à nos attentes. je dirais même plus. la vue est magnifique et on ne se lasse pas de regarder les bateaux. Nous avons loué cet appartement pour être à mi chemin dHonfleur et d Etretat. tout était parfait Merci au proprio et à Magda d être disponible et de répondre rapidement à nos interrogations. je le recommande aux futurs locataires.

Fijne locatie op 1 minuut lopen van het strand (Juno beach). Zeer goed uitgangspunt voor bezoek aan de invasiestranden en D-Day musea. Ommuurde tuin met ruime parkeerplaats binnen de omheining. Ook ideaal voor onze hond. Restaurants, bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Goede fietsmogelijkheden dus neem uw fiets mee.

Tout simplement parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison à l’abri des regard et au calme ! Et petit détail la maison est tellement mieux en vrai que sur les photos !

Good value house in the middle of Lion sur Mer. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are super comfortable. There could be a bit more chilling space, the seating area is a bit limited. For us it wasn't a problem as we were lucky with the very un-Normand weather - but if it had been raining a lot and we had had to spend more time inside, it could have been a bit harder, especially for the kids. The whole house overall is a bit on the small-ish side - but then again, everything you need is there. The heating works very well, a bit too well at times - as the house can feel quite cold, it blasts hot air, which is great for not feeling cold, but can feel a bit suffocating. I'm nit picking, clearly, but we had a great time in the house, and would definitely come back for another stay.

Hôte sympathique et réactif Dommage qu’il n’ait pas fait assez chaud pour prendre nos repas sur cette terrasse conviviale. Un grill electrique serait bien utile pour l’extérieur en complément du grill charbon. La proximité de la plage est bien agréable

Un gîte absolument magnifique, très confortable, propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Simple d'accès avec des explications très complètes et proactives. Petit jardin de ville mignon et agréable. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Amazing property! Great taste in furnishings, beautiful bathrooms, all amenities, and comfortable beds. Easy walk to grocery store and the sea with choices of restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with a great outdoor space. Only downside is we didn't get to stay longer. Responses to questions about the area came within minutes! Would highly recommend when visiting the Normandy area. Thanks for everything!
