Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Didier-au-Mont-d'Or

We just spent 3 nights in Charlotte's accommodation, the place is very nice, the house is spacious and very well appointed and equipped, very good bedding, a quiet and relaxing environment. Charlotte and her family are very welcoming and very friendly, attentive and responsive. We thank them for taking the time to show us their wineries and for sharing their love of wine and vine so well with us.

Beautiful house, spacious and with separate sleeping areas to respect everyone's sleep, well equipped. Absolutely superb park, nice pool with summer kitchen, delicious terrace for lunches and dinners. Good quality bedding and plenty of bathrooms. A beautiful place in a beautiful environment to spend time when there are many of you. We felt very good there to be together at the table or to get away from the group for a while. Stephanie was helpful and responsive, she made our check-in easy.

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

We had a great family weekend for my cousin's 40th birthday. Cathy and her husband were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times and welcomed us very warmly. The villa is sublime and fully equipped. We didn't miss anything to have fun (swimming pool and inflatable buoys, darts, foosball, petanque, ping-pong, including the digestive walk in the garden with baby turtles or nap on the catamaran nets). Congratulations to them for this incredible renovation (I enjoyed the anecdotes). The rooms were comfortable, no need to bring back the sheets or towels, our hosts take the comfort of their visitors to heart. Overall, the house was clean, with such a large area, the cleaning must be athletic. Small point to improve (because I am very allergic): it is precisely the dust and the hairs of the cats. Thanks again for everything!

A just fabulous place, by the river. In 4 days, we did 3 BBQs on the terrace, an absolute pleasure. The bedrooms are fine, the bathrooms too, the view and the location are just perfect. A little far from everything on foot but close to everything by car or bike. A lovely and thoughtful host, full of space to park too. A very peaceful location but easy to access. The large living room, the large terrace , the boules court and the gas bbq really charmed our guests, and we made our meals (with friends in another cottage) up to 15 great people, in a relaxing atmosphere, and then at night there are the pretty lights everywhere and the stars.

We had a pleasant stay. Very functional accommodation with a lot of kitchen equipment and consistent with the photos, tastefully decorated. The setting is quiet. I would 100% recommend!

What a beautiful apartment. The furnishings and artwork are charming and it has everything we needed. With views across the river to Fouviere, which is lit up at night, it was wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting the old town and an Uber gets you to the main station for daytrips. It's quiet for sleeping yet there are bars downstairs. An excellent supermarket 3 minutes away for all your needs. We didn't meet Emmanuel but he was quick to respond to queries.

Bertrand is a responsive host! His apartment is very cozy nearby to metro stations in a quite neighborhood. the room was clean and bright 🌞

Patrick is a lovely man who went to the trouble to meet us at the entrance and show us around the excellent unit and to offer any help we may need. It has everything you could need for a stay and is so conveniently located on the walking street with spectacular views from the balcony all the way up to the square. The lift is very convenient as it would be difficult to walk up 6 floors of stairs. It is in easy walking distance to the Metro and many restaurants across the square If you are coming to Lyon I highly recommend Patricks place to stay

Great spot especially for the price. Would only change some minor things- like a cutting board for the kitchen. But not a big deal. Place was clean and comfortable, shower was quite nice.

Highly recommend this lovely apartment! It had everything we needed for a two week stay. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower (with great water pressure). The apartment does not have AC, but we were pleasantly surprised with how cool it remained. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lyon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely cute place, very charming.

Audrey is a great person. My car was broken into in the parking near Confluence museum. They took my bag within few minutes. Unfortunately the accommodation keys were in it. I messaged Audrey about the situation. She left another sets of keys in the lockbox and fully understood my situation. That was a really helpful for me. And the accommodation is also clean and functional. I strongly recommend. Thank you Audrey!

Second stay in this apartment Ideally located for my training with a restaurant a few meters away where good food is offered. True to the description, Julie is a pleasant, welcoming and very kind host.

A peaceful, clean, modern place with lots of games and books! All comforts, a real pleasure, we'll be happy to come back!

Such a wonderful house in a great location. Robin is an excellent host, very communicative and always helpful. This is their family home, not a minimalist second home used only for AirBnB purposes, but that makes it all the better. A property lovingly renovated into a peaceful and comfortable home. The photos don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for 7 adults and we all loved it. There is a small village 10 minutes walk away with a boulangerie and mini market with a fabulous farmers market on Sundays and Fridays throughout the summer. The public transport into Lyon is a bus and metro ride away and simple to navigate and cheap. We had great weather even at the end of September which meant the pool got a lot of use. 4 bedrooms were doubles and comfortable, the 5th has two singles in a bunk. Their cat stays while you are there and he is very friendly. Fully recommend staying there. (4 of 5 stars on cleaning because although it is very clean, some travellers prefer empty houses, but not us)

Toys, beds, books...for children available The swimming pool at the top The view is so good The agency is very nice and attentive( ventilo, coffee concern, time arrangement).... Romain and his colleague welcomed us very well. They were very kind, helpful and very responsive . Thank you very much Small bemole Cleaning was not very well done in the whole house. Especially living room and kitchen. And another thing that is not your responsibility but to report the wasps were very aggressive they stung several of us. (Check if there is not a nest nearby ). We had an incredible stay at this house! The property was extremely spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. It was equipped with everything we needed. The garden was absolutely stunning and the swimming pool was lovely. It was clean, well-sized, and offered a refreshing escape during the warm days. And Hervé was very friendly and had clear instructions about the house. I would recommend everybody this house!

A beautiful, comfortable and spacious house with splendid views of the Lyonnais Mountains. Very quiet with shops within walking distance. Sébastien and Sylvain were very responsive to our requests and they were sure we had arrived safely. Our dog Stormy also found the stay comfortable with a fenced garden. Our two teenagers enjoyed the large bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub is a plus and pleasant after a day of walking. Thank you .

We are delighted with our stay: very nice and very well-equipped house, with a magnificent view, beautiful sunsets and a beautiful brand new pool. The house matches the photos and description given, and our stay really met our expectations. We also very much appreciated the location, both very close to the center of Lyon but in a quiet and green setting, very relaxing and exotic for the holidays, with beautiful walks to do in the area. The welcome from Marion's parents upon our arrival was very friendly and warm, as was the contacts with Marion and Renaud, especially when we left. Thank you for the very kind attention upon our arrival and for your help and availability much appreciated during the stay and even after our departure (thank you again for very kindly reporting and sending us a forgotten item). I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

A little piece of heaven, everything is done to make you feel at home. The bedding is of high quality, the house and garden are very nice. Getting there and parking is easy. Phillipe is very friendly. I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing weekend at this villa! The setting is beautiful, with neat and warm decoration. The hot tub area and swimming pool are real assets to relax, a real moment of happiness. The accommodation is very comfortable, well-equipped and perfectly clean. The host was very welcoming,responsive and attentive. An address that we recommend without a second thought and where we will be happy to come back!
