The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything is air-conditioned.

Located in a wine region with castles to visit, it is 25 km from Bordeaux, its large concert hall and cinemas; close to Arcachon Bay, Pessac Zoo, airport. Public transport network, hiking possible.
