Ideal for visiting St Brieuc and the surrounding area. Studio in a small quiet and peaceful area. Thomas was very welcoming and flexible about our check-in time. Please note that if you need the Internet, the wifi connection can be quite slow.

I 100% recommend this accommodation, offering breathtaking views of the sea, a real haven of peace conducive to relaxation. Direct access to the sea and walk along the coastline. Comfort exceeds all our expectations: the bedding is extremely comfortable, the linens smell divinely good and the amenities are far beyond what we had imagined. Communication with our host Marie was excellent from booking to checkout. Marie and her husband and her little family welcomed us with great warmth and kindness.

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are quality. Only downside, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we did not have hot water for the last 2 days without the problem being resolved.

We felt right at home. Everything was very clean, the bedding comfortable, the decoration very nice and the location for the car is a real plus. The apartment is well insulated, in a recent residence, everything went perfectly well. I recommend it!

Pleasant airbnb, cozy space, compact and equipped with every comfort. With a nice enclosed garden with lots of sun as an extra. Walking distance to downtown Saint-Brieuc and the harbor. A beautiful descent to the harbor. Maryvonne is an enthusiastic host, hospitable and there are many tips for the area available so we quickly found our way. In short, nice compact apartment, close to the city center and all nature nearby (gR 34 and the cliffs by the sea) . We would love to come back.

This was our second stay and it went as well as the first time. The apartment is all compliant, well-equipped, with an exceptional view. A warm welcome from Émilie as well as her responsiveness, which is greatly appreciated.

When I arrived at the accommodation, I was pleasantly surprised and in the end I am delighted to have spent my 4-day stay in Lamballe. Joy and Mathieu's place is really nice. The instructions are clear and upon arrival, the accommodation is clean. I notice that it is really as shown in the photos (well decorated/ I found everything I needed). Joy and Mathieu are available as needed. This accommodation is also ideally located when you want to be in a quiet area. Very good experience with Joy and Mathieu.

The apartment is simply exceptional! The furniture is of high quality, the comfort is absolute, and everything is impeccably clean. The veranda is beautiful, with breathtaking views of the sea — a real joy at any time of the day. The terrace is also a real highlight: superbly equipped with high-end outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing. The place is peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and the surroundings offer beautiful walks as well as several water activities offered nearby. It's a really perfect accommodation, nothing is missing. And as a bonus, the host is super welcoming, responsive and always available. Anyway, I recommend 200%!

We spent a wonderful week in this beautifully maintained apartment in Saint-Quay-Portrieux. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the balcony with its stunning sea view — the perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The village itself is peaceful and charming, with all essential shops within walking distance. It’s an ideal base for exploring the region, especially for those who enjoy walking or cycling. The coastal paths and countryside routes are simply breathtaking. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and scenic escape in Brittany. We would definitely love to return! We had a wonderful stay in Pascale's studio, a charming cocoon, quiet, very well-equipped, and what can I say about the sunny terrace, and its magnificent sea view!!!

The accommodation was perfect, as described and as shown in the photos. We had a great weekend! The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach, and the parking space is a real plus. We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Rosaires beach from May 28 to June 1, 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We really enjoyed the exchange with the host. Possibility of mountain bike tours. Be careful though, you have to be quite athletic!(Do some cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it. The apartment is impeccably clean, a few steps from the beach with fine sand, ideal for children. It is well located across from the sea. The owner was kind upon arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.
