Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint-Avit-Sénieur

Caroline and Gilles' place is really nice; sleeping in a former station hall is not common and our children loved it. The little extra is that this accommodation is a mini museum since Caroline and Gilles bargain-hunted in flea markets and the internet to find plenty of old railway equipment and this does not prevent them from hosting a family with three boys!!! Well done!!! The condition of the accommodation is impeccable, everything is tidy and everything has a place. Finally, the location is very interesting, we spent three days in Périgord Noir with its castles, rivers, garden, bastides, forests, cities... We would therefore fully recommend this listing!

Fantastic host, apartment with lots of charm, and a location that can’t be beat! Note: this apartment is on the third floor (American)/second floor (European) and there is no elevator. Washer/dryer is a big help. Less than 5 minutes walk to the main square and tons of restaurants. I would definitely stay again!

The accommodation was very nice, very well-equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very close to the center and the parking not very far away and a definite asset. Catherine was very responsive and accommodating.

Grand Rue is the main shopping street, so you're right in the midst of the small town of Domme. There is almost no car traffic on the street, and Domme closed up early at night and got started late in the morning, so it was peaceful. Opened the windows and listened to the birds. The place was well supplied with the basics.

Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

We traveled to Monflanquin for a friend's wedding. The village is very charming but restaurants keep limited hours. Beautiful country scapes and other interesting towns and chateaus to explore close by. Herve was very friendly and attentive.

Margot's accommodation is perfect for a stay in this beautiful area, ideally located while being in a peaceful environment. The house is well equipped, tastefully decorated and comfortable to live in. Everything was perfect for our stay. Not forgetting Margot's little touches that are always appreciated. You will have understood, we recommend the accommodation without a second thought. Thank you Margot for this stay.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

A really great find. This is a lovely, relaxed place to stay. Well equipped and maintained, without being fussy. A wonderful place to get away from it all and spend time with friends and family. Easy access to Bergerac and the surrounding area, which has some very pretty walks. The recommendations of local places to visit were very reliable too. The hosts are welcoming and helpful. Marie’s home was beautiful and without a doubt the highest standard of accommodation we’ve stayed in with Airbnb. The location is so peaceful and felt very safe behind the remote controlled gate for your car and then the bungalow itself was absolutely superb, immaculately spotless with the most comfortable bed and living room accommodation and a kitchen and bathroom with all of the highest quality appliances, it really is superb. Marie was a charming host and if we get back to visit this beautiful part of the world again we shall definitely be staying here again, many thanks David & Teresa x

Wow, we just loved this beautiful house. Marine and Jean Marc have a truly special spot, perched high up on a hill, with the incredible character of an old house but all the modern touches. It truly is a work of art inside and out. We felt lucky to spend a week in this delightful house and Jean Marc and Marine couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The pool was lovely and the outdoor areas are so peaceful and relaxing. The town is close by on foot or just a minute or two away by car and has everything you may need, and the Thursday market is spectacular, but there are also many special shops and spots to visit in the region. It’s a really wonderful house, one of our favorites that we’ve stayed in on Airbnb. Hope to return one day and highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. Thanks so much!

We had an amazing stay at Thierry's. The house, full of charm, is tastefully decorated, thought down to the last detail and very comfortable. This is not just a standardized rental, but a real house of character. The view of the Dordogne valley is spectacular and soothing, a real joy on a daily basis. Thierry is a remarkable host: clear communication beforehand, warm welcome (special mention for the arrival in tractor with luggage!), and full of valuable tips for discovering the region as well as its history. Everything is done to make you feel good and make the most of it. In short, an authentic and unforgettable experience. Thank you Thierry!

Very nice apartment, good location, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Private parking space and nice terrace. Close to the city center via a small path. i recommend it.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Maggie & Ahm were terrific hosts! They were there to great us and available for any questions we had. The house is quiet and a very walkable distance to town where there are numerous places to eat. An overall enjoyable experience!

Very beautiful place to stay, very accomodating host and the check in was self sufficient which i appreciate as a foreigner who struggles with the local language. There was a mishap with one of my children at the accomodation, and the host was understanding and compassionate. 10/10 merci!!

We had a lovely four night stay in Cahor at Josy's flat. The location was great for both walking into the old town (the Cahor Wed & Sat market is much better than Sarlat) and for driving out into the countryside to explore the Lot region. While we chose this for the private parking, the flat was large, well-equipped, quiet, and very comfortable. It was a treat to have a clothes dryer as well as a washer. Josy was a helpful host who we enjoyed meeting. No hesitation in recommending this place!
