Waterfront vacation rentals in Sagres

We had a wonderful vacation in Carvoeiro and the apartment. The location was just right for us and the apartment fulfilled all our wishes. We'll be back for sure. It was just as described and such a beautiful place! Loved having the beach right outside and close to many other places ✨ Maria and Ana were also very quick to respond to any questions I had and even helped me book a transfer to the airport

Pedro’s place is extremely beautiful and right in the city center. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. Pedro was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely return to Pedro’s place.

Wonderful place with nice views from the deck, a large comfy bed, and wash machine. Very quiet street and 5 minute walk to Porto de Mos beach (which was beautiful). Easy 25-30 minute walk into downtown Lagos. Also quite enjoyed the pool and restaurant / bar (Illicit Burgers) on the premises.

The apartment is truly perfect. Pictures speak for themselves. Location is also perfect with so many restaurants and the beach nearby and a great grocery store 500 feet away! Pascal was a wonderful host. When you contact him thru Airbnb, a message comes up saying that his typical response time is 10 min which is outstanding. In our experience it was more like 2 minutes! He is so friendly and very helpful. We had 2 minor questions during our stay (no issues!) and Pascal was so quick to help. He definitely has love for this family home and makes you feel like you are welcomed into a family members home. We hope to return some day soon!

The place was great. Spotless and convenient location and a beautiful beach nearby. They gave us great recommendations for things to do.

We loved Kiras air bnb so much we stayed an extra night! Fantastic, safe, quiet neighborhood that was still close to all amenities and Old Town. The unit itself was excellent - well stocked (with every kind of coffee making device one could ask for!) and the patio was our favourite place to start and end our days.

We loved our stay at Anne’s place in the most peaceful part of the Seixe valley, so much nature and beauty. Situated on Anne’s expansive land which has undergone an ambitious reforesting effort following a wild fire a few years ago. It’s incredible to see their efforts and the land being rejuvenated, life is everywhere. The space is beautifully designed, lots of space and sunshine, plus all the amenities you could need Anne is friendly and so generous with her time and suggestions of how to explore the area. We’d love to return

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

We had the absolute best time at this Airbnb. Located right along the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, this house provided our family with the perfect spot to explore the various beaches easily accessible along the trail. The house also has a very charming (and enclosed) outdoor space my kids loved to plan in when we were getting ready. Stephanie was an outstanding host who communicated very well and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend if you want to do some hiking or trail running and visit local beaches. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Albufeira and had an amazing beach day. It was much warmer than predicted. We appreciated the beach bags and towels provided by Marina. A tip if you are taking an uber to the property-ask to be dropped off at Hotel Indigo to save yourself a challenging walk with suitcases to the property.

Exceptional location in Old Town Lagos! Sarah was incredibly communicative! As the description points out, there is no air conditioning, but Sarah gives pointers as to how to keep the place cool. Also, the entry stairs are a bit steep so be warned if you have large luggage. You’re literally minutes from restaurants and bars and there is an exceptional coffee shop just down the block. The place is a gem—felt very local!!

Lara’s home was so perfect we all became tearful when leaving (including our toddler)! This home is one of the nicest we’ve stayed at in our many travels, and would replicate this trip over 100 fold. The home is private and quiet, overlooks an incredible marshland/waterway in distance where every night we would sit with a glass of local wine (so many within 10-15 minutes of this home), and watch the storks nest in the preserve in the distance. The pool and deck hosted wonderful day swims for us and our toddler, and we enjoyed every night grilling and eating at the outdoor table under the setting sun. The inside of the home is spotless and a designers dream. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the beds and rooms spacious and well appointed. Lara welcomed us in with such an incredible welcome basket that we searched out the local shops to buy so many of the goods over again. This was a base for our day trips to Lagos, Portimao, and the various Praias in the area. Don’t stay anywhere else!

We had a great stay. The space was very modern and comfortable and in a very walkable location. We took the opportunity to buy a great bottle of wine for under 4 Euros at the grocery store and enjoyed it on the rooftop patio in the early evening! Thanks for a lovely stay. Carol

An amazing location and beautiful home with lots of extra amenities. It’s about a 16 minute walk to the busy parts of Lagos (which isn’t much walking at all in Portugal), and the apartment itself is absolutely stunning. Veronica was wonderful to communicate with, giving recommendations and responding quickly to any questions we had. The pool was an awesome bonus too! I truly felt the culture of Lagos in this neighbourhood and I have zero complaints!

Fabulous place for a family. Great experience from start to end. Clear instructions. Super clean, spacious and bright. The location is great - a 2.minute walk to our excursion (kayaking), and a 5-minute walk to the boardwalk that leads to the city center! Beaches are about a 5-minute drive!

Bruno’s condo is in a perfect location! It is a short walk to the town center and right on a beautiful beach. We loved the pool and were surprised there was a bar at the pool as well. Definitely recommend this place!

Exceptional view, perfect apartment, plenty of space, easy access to the apartment, market and restaurant! It was great! There was a lot of work in the area which didn't bother us but it justifies our rating of the neighborhood. Very responsive host!!! We really enjoyed his support when needed! Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough about this place-would recommend every time. Walkable to fantastic restaurants and shopping, view is unbeatable. The pool was an added bonus after a day of sightseeing! Easy to access hiking, ocean activities and shops to stock up on provisions. Maria and Robert were very helpful and responsive hosts. Stop looking and book!!

We loved Kasia’s place, very clean, great views, quiet and had great amenities. The pool is great to have after a long day at the beach but it’s not heated so it was cold. Kasia was a great host and gave many recommendations. When we come to Lagos this is the place we will stay at. Location is ideal, close to the nearby beaches and to the town.

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments over the years and I have never experienced the professionalism, adaptability and helpfulness of our host Hélia. In addition, The apartment was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities and the extra touches of bottle of wine, water and tray of snacks are what makes this such a unique experience. I am not surprised that this apartment is always booked. Thank you

As I sat on the balcony with friends, having a beer and enjoying the view of the Algarve, I wondered aloud, how wonderful life was and how perfect this apartment was. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will come back
