What an absolute gem this place is! It's everything you want from a home - the room, the workdesks(!), the kitchenette, the patio/balcony, the bathroom, everything was great. I struggle to find a fault in any of the amenities! The location is also very good. Surrounded by local eateries and convenience stores. It's a 20 minute walk from the city center, 5 minutes from the bus terminal and 25 from the train station. It's not in the absolute center but it's so close and that's the best thing you could ask for in Hat Yai. We will return to Hat Yai even if I only to stay again. Honestly, we've been to pretty much everywhere in SEA and Chong's place trumps all. 10/10!

Its beyond our expectation! We are really happy staying here I booked house for 2 but inform owner that I will stay with 4 toddler Some house will definitely reject my booking but not Cana House I need to add 400thb only and the owner provide us with extra mattress + breakfast for my kids. I’m not expecting kids pool as there are not in the house photo, my kids really excited when they saw that pool. ✅ Kids Friendly with push car & bike ✅ Kids pool ✅ Cozy & clean house ✅ Fascinating view & environment ✅ Delicious breakfast & very good presentation We really love it! Will definitely come back!

Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb von Hatyai gelegen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, mit viel Natur umgeben. Die Nachbarn sind sehr still. Am besten die Unterkunft mit einem Auto erreichbar, bei Bedarf gab es die Möglichkeit ein Mofa zu mieten. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus vorhanden. Auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert. Die Sauberkeit ist Top, nach paar Tagen gab es neue Handtücher und Wasser. Das Schlafzimmer besitzt eine Klimaanlage und Vorhänge.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment chez Anan, la maison est très propre, très bien équipée et conforme à l'annonce. Bien située, non loin du centre commercial Hatyai Village. Anan a été très réactif, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain séjour !

Been here for a vacation at Hatyai. The place is very near to city center of Hatyai. Also near to the attractions. The place is so hipster no cap. W for the place. Also it is recommended to bring your own transport as the place is not near to any public transport.
